Weighing in at 146 today, down one pound from last time.  Thanks for the support I got after the last post.  You guys helped me a lot.  I'm not quite back to my "pre-slump" routine, but I'm doing better.  I hope by next weigh-in day to be down more than just one pound!

Weighing in today (late again!) at 147, down 1 pound since last weigh-in day.  I've been more lax on my diet, especially in the last week.  Been too busy to eat properly and have had to eat lots of fast food on the run.  Also have only been to the gym 3-4 times in the last 2 weeks!  I know the holidays are right around the corner, and they will be hectic too.  Gotta get back on track...wish me motivation, diet buddies!!

Hello all -

I missed the weigh in on the 19th, but I wanted to weigh in late.  I'm at 155, down one pound from 156.  Only one pound, but it is one pound less.  Woohoo!

I'm in too.  Thanks for helping us all stay on track bigloser32.

I'm 5'3", currently 156, I've lost 19 lbs since starting CC.  My goal weight is 125, but I'd be happy with weighing 135-140 by the new year.

Weight Loss please forgive me. i need a selfish moment. don't you? Sep 03 2007

I've only lost 14 lbs so far, but I do a little happy dance every time the scale goes down at all.  That seems to be enough for me so far, but I'm kinda shy.  My family are all big people too.  Part of my diet motivation is diabetes runs rampant in my family, and I SOOOO do not want to go there!  The other motivation I have (and I feel silly for admitting this!) is i bought this really sexy pair of boy short style panties a couple of sizes too small.  I take them out and look at them every so often if I am struggling to stay on track and remind myself just how good I will look when I fit into them!!  Especially from behind :)

Hello everyone.  I will be 38 in December.  I never had an issue with my weight until having children.  My oldest is almost 12 and I never got  back to my pre-pregnancy weight after him.  Having two more children after him just exacerbated the weight problem as well!  I did Atkins about 3 1/2 years ago and got down around 150 pounds, but once I stopped dieting the weight came back.  I'm using Volumetrics principles now, and I think this is something I can do long-term.  I'm down 14 pounds - yay!  And I've been losing steadily.  Has anyone else tried Volumetrics - frustration or success stories?

I'm like you, Safina1.  I'm 5'3", 167 lbs.  A size 12 is loose, but a 10 is too tight.  I'd like to get back down to size 6.
