Started Challenge at 179.5

2/8/08 = 175 (same as last week)

Not looking good to make 169 by Valentines but I AM down 4.5 pounds and any number down is a good number to me :-)

Calories have no idea what time it is :-)

Like you, I end up with 50% of my calories at the evening meal....and it works for me.  If I eat a big meal at breakfast, I find that I'm more hungry during the day.

Find what works for you and go with it......each of us are different!

My plan this week is to focus on my water intake.  At 179, I should be taking in approximately 90 oz of water each day MINIMUM.  Water, water, water.....not drinking anything else until the water has been consumed :-)
