Its really hard for me to up my calories there is only limited food choices in my house at the minute so I'm trying my best. I dont really have any goals other than to main and to eat a really balanced diet. mars_0112 when a bag of grapes cost almost £4.00 thats just way above what I find reasonable plus I always find that 5 minutes later I'm starving anyway. |

160lb? Let me assure you..you dont look like you are 160 (not that there is anything wrong with being that weight) But you look healthy, in proportation and great! I assure you this girl was probably jealous of you dont let her vicious tongue bother you and if you are really feel down about yourself work at toning rather than losing a ton of weight. Ive been at both my highest weight and my lowest one and I can assure you being thin doesnt make ou feel anymore confident within yourself that comes from inside. |

Heres how I see it and how Ive experienced it personally. If you restrict yourself too much you end up binging. We dont need sugar in our diets but we need little treats like that to make us happy and stabalized it gives you something to aim for and a reason to carry on eating healthy because you know theres a treat at the end of it :) |

Your family just want to see you happy and well, never feel guilty. You need to concentrate on you right now and go to that psychiatrist appointment ready to make a change in your life for yourself. You arent ridiculas at all you have problems that is nothing to be sneered at if anything you should be congradulated for having the guts to make that appointment! |

Never ending circles really are horrible, self destructive and do nothing for your confidence. To be able to atleast eat slightly normally you need to identify a routine of when you need to at for example make time for breakfast in the morning even if you arent hungry make sure you have atleast a little something because this may be the prevention to stop you from overeating later. Ive always found that whenever im hungry protein is key, I can eat a large piece of salmon fish and a salad with a little dressing and be satisfied with that. You need to find out what found pleases you if you love eating fruit then EAT it. Specially since summer is coming up fruit is so ripe and refreshing in this hot weather. Never ever skip meals because that is when you will become ravenous and want to eat everything in sight because your body feels deprived of food. I have to say that you have taken the first step towards breaking this circle by making an appointment with a psychiatrist and being able to admit that yes you do have some unhealthy issues at the minute but you really are willing to solve these issues. Maybe even write a meal plan out of what you want to eat the next day and try to make sure you include food to your life and no matter how busy you are make time to eat. EDIT: I used to be exactly the same with the not being able to eat infront of others issue. It wasnt until I actually ate infront of others and looked around me that I realised nobody was looking at me because in reality they didnt care. Baby steps, start off by eating little amounts infront of people then build up.

My dad is the worst eater imagineable, He skips breakfast then eats at around 1pm and by that time hes ravenous so he scarfs everything in sight. Bacon sandwiches, fatty chips, always whole milk, buttery toast. Infact the only vegetables he likes are cauliflower and broccoli, sprouts and the only fruit he will eat is blueberries. He has a terrible diet, doesnt eat regulary and he never eats healthy. It worries me terribly but although Ive told him the consequences of eating like this he still does it. Its his decision to eat like that just like its your parent decision to eat the way they do. Its hard to accept that but its true all you can do is keep yourself healthy |

bananee Im so sorry that this happened to you. The way you were treated was terrible and there is no reasoning for this happening to you apart from the fact this woman is an evil evil person. She really seems like she was jealous of you, especially because of the hair incident, I know people can have such an influence on all of us by the way you have been treated but never forget that you are beautiful and this woman is ugly on the inside. |

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
