Did you just get off the Royal Carribeean Navigator of the Seas cruise to the eastern medditerannean?! How funny i attended that same metabolism seminar. I couldn't tell if it was a scam or not. I did do the Body Analysis thing for 35$ basically I was interested in whether my metabolism was as low as i thought it was. I can't find any other information online about detoxing the body using algae. I am very confused. He did try to sell me these algae supplement pills after I had the body analysis thing done to determine my Basal Metabolic rate. I didn't buy them. They were like 100$ a month.

thanks so much for the all advice. ya i really wish my parents had been a little more prepared. were actually going on a cruise from rome to athens. Apparently Royal Caribbean isn't aware of this rule, because we arranged our entire travel itinerary, etc. with them. :/ stupid royal caribbean!! My mom just called the Greek Embassy in Atlanta where we live and the lady said it shouldn't be a problem and that most of the people swiping passports as you get off the boat into Greece are not aware of this new rule. She also said the 90 day expiration rule is enforced in Greece, but not Italy thankfully. I really hope everyone who reads this post will take this stupid new "rule" into account next time they plan an out-of-country vacation. I guess the rules for immigration and stuff like that are always changing so you have stay updated. Thanks again to all who replied! I always know I can count on calorie-count, lol!

ya i recommened an overnight expedite renewal service to my mom but she said that wouldnt work i dunno. its such a bummer. this new rule is so stupid

thank you for your support! i know how you feel i hate those moments when you feel like you have someone elses body on the bottom and someone smaller's on the top..and you just cry..oh ive been there...do you have a lot of esophagus inflammation problems now? waht do you do to take care of that?

hey im kinda new to calorie count and im a recovering anorexic/bulimic..i was wondering if there are any somewhat pearshaped girls out there (like me) in the recovery process. i know how sensitive it can be to talk about body insecurities i dont wanna trigger anyone into a relapse or anything like that but i thought it might be helpful to exchange tips,advice on eating healthier, gaining weight while gaining muscle,etc. etc.

oh and by the way this whole club and jsut knowing there are other girls out there going through exactly what i am.....is truly motivating!!

thank you so much for all your help everything you say is really helpful..just today i was searching on calorie count to see what my daily fat requirement is. i will definitely start doing this. but the largest part on my body is actually my lower butt and upper thighs. so i actually where like a size 2/4 pants i know you cant spot train. buti was hoping to somehow decrease/tone this area while  gaining weight everywhere else. is that even possible?

thanks i think im happy with the weight im at right now.. i just needed some advice on how to work on my lower body without slipping back into that ED state of mind. but i will try and work out my upper body more.. can you change fat distribution by exercising (cardio + weights) some areas more than other? like will the calories i add on begin to flow more evenly if theres a calorie deficit in my upper body muscles too?

Hi hope3333! i think I am almost in the exact situation as you. I'm 5'3 98 pounds and struggled with bulimia for about 9 months before I started having that same little problem as you having right now. I am in the process of recovery and honestly the best thing that works for me sometimes is to stop counting calories. I know its hard to kick the habit but it helps to have a few skip days when you dont log them on calorie counter. it's weird you kinda have to fight yourself. When you want to eat something and you know it's not horribly unhealthy try NOT to look at the calorie count. try to stop adding in your head and just eat whats in front of you. and i think what is also helping me is thinkingabout why i got to this place in the first place...i wanted to be happy. obviously this isnt working so time for some other "healthy" means of being happy. your mind will be happy when it knows your body is happy.
