I just restarted with CC to resume losing weight too. I'm a few inches shorter and a few years older but I'm trying to get down to the 130's too. I'm currently 165. |

How's everybody doing? I'm happy some more people joined! I'm down a pound today--yay!! But, I'm getting ready to go on a trip for 10 days to see my family and I'm nervous. I just got back into the swing of things with trying to lose weight again and it's extremely hard to keep up when I am visiting with them. There is always tons of food and drinks and parties, and so on. EEK!

I don't mind if I lose a little more of my boobs--they are too big. But, I've noticed my butt is getting really flat--ugh! I'd much rather leave my butt alone and lose more from my stomach area!! |

I'm in for losing 15-20 (I'd love for it to be 25 but I'm not sure that I would be able to pull off that much) by the 4th of July! SW: 190+ (didn't have a scale when I first started) CW: 166 GW: 135 I'm 5'4"

Hi all! Thanks for joining the 160's club with me! I hopped on the scale this morning and it said 139!!!!!!!! LOL I guess the battery is dying! Too bad it wasn't for real.

Hi there, I'm fairly similar to you...a couple inches shorter at 5'4" and I weigh 168 right now. I carry most of my weight in my middle and I hate it! I don't know how it will ever go away! I'd like to be around 130 but 135 is probably more realistic for me. I lost 30 pounds last fall and my belly didn't really change at all. |

| I don't for sure but on Friday I weighed 168. Yesterday morning I weighed 175 (omg! 7lbs up!) and today I was back to 168 again.
I'm not sure what the deal was yesterday--7lbs seemed like a LOT of water weight gain to me in just one day! |

| Yes, sometimes. Especially b/c there is this one particular woman who makes comments to me at my gym.
Talk about making someone feel insecure and like a loser...these are a couple of the things she has said to me... Just about every time I see her there she comments about how my face gets so red and I sweat so much. And yet one time we were both on elliptical machines and she was talking to the trainer and she said to to the trainer (pointing at me) "Why don't you tell her she needs to work out harder?" Ugh!! |

| I've lost 20 lbs and I don't think I look or feel different. I haven't lost inches either. My pants are getting a little bit looser but I'm still not even down a whole size.
My husband says he can tell though. I'm not sure if he is just being sweet though lol! I'm definitely my biggest critic though so maybe I do look a little different to other people. |

| Hi, I'm a 30 yo stay at home mom. I'm 5'4" and weigh 169 and I've been eating about 1600-1800 calories per day. I do the elliptical machine for 40 minutes a day and strength train 3 times a week and do pilates 2-3 times per week.
It's been working for me! I had been eating about 1200-1400 per day but I think that was too low. When I increased my calories I started losing a little bit faster. Hoping it continues like this! |

| I forgot to weigh in! I'm down to 169 now though. I've lost 21 pounds total so far-yay!! The weird thing is though that I haven't really lost any inches and I don't feel all that different. I would have thought with 20-ish pounds gone I'd be in a different clothing size or lost some inches. Oh well...as long as the scale keeps going down I'll start seeing results at some point I guess! I've been doing intervals on the elliptical machine for 36-40 minutes (5 or 6 days a week burning on average 400 calories) Strength training 3 times a week Pilates 2 or 3 times a week I've been eating about 1600-1800 calories per day lately (increased my amount recently from about 1200-1400 and I lost more weight) SW 190, CW 169, GW 145 by 1/1/08 (FGW of 128) |

| I do intervals on the elliptical machine for 40 minutes. I usually burn around 440-450 calories. I weigh 170.
I also do strength training and pilates 3 times a week but I don't know how many calories are burned doing that (wish I knew though). |
