Haha, it was good, and I did go for a side piece instead of a corner (less icing) although I could have gone for a middle. >.>

I always overestimate too. xD Just to be safe sometimes. ;]

How fantastic. All the chocolate ice cream I ever wanted, I never liked vanilla anyway. ;)

It sounds a bit strange, some things that are white are healthy. I thought the yolk of the egg was worse than the whites.

I don't think I could do it. x)

5'7.75" (Hopefully will hit 5'8" before I'm totally done growing) and 125 pounds. I want to get down to 115, then maybe a little more. I started at 131.

If I was going to try to lose a lot, I would do it slowly. But I only am 10 pounds away.

You'll probably be able to keep it off better than people who do it too fast, and it will be well worth it.

Good luck to you all! :D

He's probably pretty active, not to mention he's probably stil growing and needs more calories. When I stopped growing I gained 15 pounds. xD

I was like, wait, what happened? D:

Now I'm tryin to get back down to 115 at 5'7.5".

Only 10 pounds to go. :3
Fitness To incline or not.... Aug 14 2007

Well it's not THAT important.

You could really injure yourself if you keep pushing it like that, which could result in you having to take time off.

I would go with no incline or VERY little. I dislike incline on the treadmill, it feels strange. If you want hills, go out on a drive and find some trails or grass, which will be softer for your knees.

Plus trails are just so much more fun than the treadmill. ;)

Make sure you are eating enough for breakfast, because that really starts off your day.

And I would take 2 days off a week, or 2 very light days. You might not think you've veen overtraining, but maybe it's been creeping up on you, and it's finally hit you. Take a little time off, then see how it goes.

Maintaining finaly i'm not going up and down like a yo-yo Aug 12 2007

With 10 miles at 7 minute mile you can burn that much in a little over an hour.

Course not a lot of people can hold that, unless you're a real runner. But at a slower pace with some breaks, sure I don't see why not.

It's good to hear you're not going up and down like a yo-yo anymore. Last weekend I went to my grandma's house and gained like 5 pounds. xD I know some will be water and whatnot, but 4 days of Grandma's cookies, brownies and ice cream doesn't help.
