Weight Loss Has this happened to anyone? Dec 18 2007

I can totally relate bcuz the exact same thing happened to me. I started at 145 and then i started counting calories and I was at 135 trying to get down to 120 and I decreased my calorie intake by like 500 calories and started binging. I had never binged before and now it has actually become a huge problem. Im back to 145 and it sucks! I miss being 135, i actually felt thin and motivated to get down to 120 and now I feel like its totally out of reach. If you come across something that gets you back on that wagon pls let me know

I'm eating enough calories but i think im restricting myself from sweets. But i do this for a good reason: when i try to let myself have just one serving i cant stop and i end up binging on it. I think I am getting enough nutrients though. i guess i just have no self control when it comes to sugar...

I have the same problem I always want to relax and have a little snack in the evening and I eat and eat and eat until I'm sick. And then what do I do? Eat more! I get completely disgusted with myself afterwards and then depressed. I wish I knew what to tell you, I wish I knew how to stop. Someone please help us!

While you are preparing a meal, chew gum. It'll stop you from having that extra serving before the actual meal. I also find that drinking something like diet pepsi or iced tea satisfys the need to put something in my mouth.
