Whats your plan? Count calories? What kind of exercise? Do you work too? Very curious and I need all the information I can get.

Well I estimate the stuff that I do that is not intentional like a workout or a walk would be. I search "cleaning house" and then pick the one that fits my needs and estimate the time I will spend doing it. But, if your logging your major efforts that should be significant.

It's time consuming to track every little thing.., good luck!

I do, I do !!! My Momma told me the older you get the less s--t you will take and it's sooo true!! Who cares about what people think about you anymore, I use to always care, but now, since I'm menopausal, I tell it like it is. I do try to be considerate though..., sometimes.
