another good thing to do if you're busy, is just to eat the same stuff everyday. salad and/or cereal. for me, i get bored with food really easily, and so then i naturally eat alot less! then you won't have to worry about counting calories or eating healthy.

just try not to snack. i snack alot when i'm stressed and that's a no-no! oh and water is A+.  black coffee or tea works well too!

good luck, busy girl! :P

OH me too! I am like you, orbit! I'll join.

I'm 21, 5'2. Highest weight: 118

currently: 110.

goal: 95

I want to do this through healthy eating and exercise. It's too easy to start obsessing over calories. Whenever I convert food into how long I have to run on the treadmill, it discourages me from eating. So I'm trying to keep my daily caloric intake to 900 and jogging on the treadmill like a retarded mouse to burn 300 calories/day. It seriously takes me like 45 mins :(

300 calories is like 3 pieces of chicken.

We'll see how long this lasts. Good luck everyone!!!
