wooohooo ya join!
yes we all need to keep the support going - if no one cheats or and everyone reaches good goals once a week we should get something good - i'm going to take myself shopping and buy a new shirt or new shoes or new something every week that i am perfect! that way it will help keep me on track.
I'll probably log mine around 7PM(western time?) heck i have no idea what time zone i'm in.
I still eat at home so I can't really predict my dinner so I will log it after - now i'm not talking writing out exactly what i had just like in general like breakfast - 200 cals. ect. or if you don't want to write calories just put a mark like 'achieved goal for the day - no cheating - calories good =D' that way no one will feel like 'oh there eating way less.. ect'
wooohooo!
no more binging for me nu uh!
and ya i'm usually on cc on the weekends, i like to keep on track!

this is my favorite!
get flavored vodka, or plain, and mix it in with crystal light and water.
hardly any calories - minus the alchol.
Or another personal favorite is to mix it with sprakling flavored water - the carbonated stuff because i like the bubbles =)

wow sounds like we eat the exact same thing, for me my breakfast is one large apple cut up in 100 g of fat free vanilla yogurt with cinnamon sprinkled on top, its amazing! but after i eat it i just feel full and dont feel like eating until like lunch, but i know im suppose to have like 6 meals a day. i also have chicken for dinner but i have to force down the last half of the chicken breast, like i can only eat half of it and some veggies and than im stuffed, ill try taking more time to  eat and hopefully that will help =)
thanks

wow thank you =) and whats the usda's my pyramid site? it sounds really helpful, and its not like i want to gain weight, i just want to maintain the weight im at right now. like im 120 and 5'6 and i dont want to lose anymore or gain anymore but im scared that if i dont eat anymore ill drop to an unhealthy weight, so im going to try.
i just feel so guilty everytime i eat something that i feel is bad for me, like if i eat 3 french fries i feel guilty and feel as if i shouldn't.
im going to try munching on some nuts, but not the salted kind, and im not a huge fan of milk so maybe ill try putting it into smoothies and hopefully ill slowly get there =)
thanks for the tips
