Well the problem with that is, it's a system to make you lose weight and not to lose weight and keep it off. What typically happens after you lose the weight is you stop drinking the slim fast. I mean why do it if you lost the weight, and you start eating again, what will happen is you will gain the weight back. Best bet is save your money and just eat healthy, I have tried the slim fast and it worked but the scenario I wrote above is what happened to me, and happens to many. If you think you can eat healthy afterwards, that is usually not the case. If it was then you would just eat healthy now. You can count your calories and eat every meal and lose 2 lbs a week. |

I cook fish 2+ times a week. I love it. I cook a lot of tilapia.
I bake it, 4 oz piece cooks for 8-10 minutes in the oven. I season it with fresh lemon and LOTS of pepper. I love it, then I cook some type of vegetable with it and some brown rice. It is delicious.
Bake it on 375 for 10 minutes. Make sure it flakes when you stick a fork in it or it needs to cook longer. |

Yeah it sounds like muscle. Its a good thing, don't sweat it. Muscle burns fat faster too.
If you look thiner in the mirror then you are. No worries.
PS: Talk to a parent of guardian about your thoughts over something trivial like putting on 5 lbs and not knowing the source. It isn't good to get depressed and emotional before you even know what it is. |

Wow this got weird in here.
Btw, Superbad was so funny. I saw it opening night, then again. It had me rolling. The whole theater was laughing so hard I didn't get to hear all the jokes the first time because the laughter was so loud.
It was great, definitely up there with my favorite comedies. |

A brothel is not a place for anyone to be going to if they are in a relationship of any kind. You need to confront him about this, because it is a serious issue. I am sure you guys are sexually active as well and you need to make the situation clear that it is unacceptable for him to be going to these places, even if its just with his friend. Your safety is important.
I don't know how to tell you to bring it up to him, but you have to. If the information is all third party info then don't be do pushy with the topic. Just ask him if he has gone to one, and you know this man pretty well I am sure after 4 years. You will know if he is being honest with you. If he says he has been going but not doing anything, then you need to make it clear to him that it bothers you, rightfully so.
Best of Luck |

| I used to be a Christian, and it was actually hard for me to even want to look at a different route than belief in Jesus and God. I made a choice though. I wasn't going to be the person who just believed it because it was how I was raised or believe it because the bible said so. I still wanted to believe in God, heaven, and Jesus, but I wanted to do it the right way. So I set out on a personal journey to find this out. I was 20 years old when I decided to do my research on Jesus. I went from website to website trying to figure out the truth. I went the the library many times as well. I was about 2 weeks into my search for the truth when I came across a couple gods from the past religions. One god I came to learn about was Dionysus, he was a pagan god, who lived and died a couple hundred years before Jesus was even born. Dionysus was a very popular god, and I almost discredited him because he was just a silly mythological god. But I decided to read his story anyways. The similarities to Jesus and Dionysus were abundant. I couldn't believe it, Dionysus was born from a virgin mother; a mortal woman, but fathered by the king of heaven. He was killed then returned from the dead, he transformed water into wine, and was believed to be the liberator (savior) of mankind. Being the Christian I was I immediately discredited this. I believed this story was somehow copied from Jesus and not the other way around. But history and dates don't lie, but I wasn't ready to see that yet. So I still believed in Jesus and moved on to other areas. This time I wanted to find more evidence of these gods of the old days. So I stumbled upon another god named Horus. He was an Egyptian god and was the son of Osiris. Horus was born of the virgin mother Isis in a cave. When Horus was an infant, an Egyptian ruler by the name of Typhon sent people to kill him, this story is of course similar to the leader Herod sending people to kill Jesus. Horus performed many miracles and had 12 followers. Horus raised a man from the dead named El-azar-us. If you remember your bible you will know that Jesus raised a man from the dead named Lazarus. Very similar... Horus was also crucified and then burried in a tomb, only to resurect later and ascend into heaven. All of this was also 4500 hundred years before Jesus was even born. Now at this point I was pretty upset. It was clear to me that the story of Jesus was fake and just a copy of the old pagan gods. I needed to seek the religious answer to this. I sought out a friend of mine whose father was a Pastor. I spoke to this pastor and told him everything I have found, and the explanation he gave me, after thinking about it for about 2 minutes of course is that Satan planted those dated in advance to Jesus being born, just to confuse us 2000 years later when people are smart enough to link the stories together. Of course this was a brush off answer and I knew that. This pastor obviously didn't understand how to answer that and he felt he couldn't send me away without some sort of explanation. Well one pastor wasn't enough for me, so I consulted in another, and I was surprised. This pastor actually gave me a very similar answer. He said Satan planted those there to confuse us and challenge our faith. I then searched online and couldn't believe it. This was the actual answer most religious leaders were giving out. I'm shocked they didn't say dinosaur bones were planted by Satan as well, but I have heard that too. After realizing that Jesus was not the son of god, and not the savior of mankind but actually just a made up story that is copied over and over from many different gods, I actually felt bad. I was breaking the first commandment my entire life. I was worshiping another god, I was praying to Jesus and not god. All my prayers were "Dear Jesus" or "Thank you Jesus" and I felt bad because I betrayed God and I let a story that was over 2000 years old make me believe that Jesus was actually God's son. I was still a believer in god for another year, I just didn't believe in Jesus anymore. After a year of my new beliefs I started to question the actual existence of God. I have always just believed he was the answer for everything. I was raised that way, it was all I knew. I recall myself in 7th grade science class with my bible in hand arguing with the teacher about evolution and the bible. I even resorted to name calling because he couldn't see that God created everything and that evolution was stupid.... wow I have come a long way. I was so ignorant to truth and just blindly followed a book that was very old and very contradictory. At 21 years old I started studying science and how the world was created. I am 24 now and I am still studying these things whenever I can. All I know is that there is to much evidence in this world to prove we didn't come from a God or creator, and there is not one shred of physical evidence to support we do come from a God or creator. The only thing that we have to link to our existence from a religious standpoint is the Bible, an old book written by man. People like to discredit nature and the earth. I see the Earth as what it is, a beautiful place for us to live our one and only life. We are born on this planet and we die on this planet. It is the circle of life and it is beautiful. Why must people not be happy with that? Why do people want to believe in a magical place above our heads where all the good people get to go. Why cant this be your heaven? Why cant this be paradise? The Earth is wonderful and so is life, when you believe in God you think you have a second life and you think this life in meaningless. That is a sad way of life. To just throw away this life for a belief that there is a second life after this, magically in the clouds. |

I drink a lot of water, and I was talking to my doctor about water consumption and he said to drink water at room temperature because if not then your body has to warm it up to your body temp before it can hydrate you.
He said cold water is refreshing but room temp water is best for hydration.

Get rid of this stuff in your fridge while you are building self control. I have a soda and fried food problem. I have 0 sodas in my house and 0 pre packaged fried foods. It is to tempting while I am trying to build self control. Out of sight, out of mind!!! I just decided 5 days ago I wanted a better lifestyle and I found this site. I haven't had a soda or fried food in 5 days either, and its not because I don't want it, its because it is not available to me. Give it away to a homeless shelter or throw it away, do something with it all. You will feel better. |

| The pills recommend you eat a healthy and balanced diet and exercise while taking them. Which is what is needed to do anyways to lose weight the real way. This to me seems like another scam, regardless of the FDA's approval. |

| I'm not sure of the actual scientific backing, but a recent study claims that even though you are cutting calories with diet soda you are still at the same health risk. You could develop metabolic syndrome, which have a combination of risk factors for diabetes and heart disease, such as high blood pressure and elevated triglycerides. I'm not to sure on this, but I got my information from this site. http://gainesville.syndicatehealth.com/articl e/20070809/FITNESS/4847 Edited Aug 23 2007 04:44 by united2gether Reason: made link clickable |

Is jump roping as good an exercise as running?
In terms of calorie burning, moderate jumping is about equal to running a 10-minute mile, although calorie burning is always a function of time... Read more
