When you are stressed, what is your favorite comfort food? Taco Bell

Do you have a friend or someone close who is counting calories or dieting with you? nope... all my friends think I'm crazy when it comes to food

What food calms you down the most? Salad. It takes so long to eat and it's filling while being extremely healthy.

What food makes you feel worse when you are sick? I can't think of one.

Are you generally a healthy eater? it depends.

What food makes you really happy? Eggs

Do you over eat certain foods that other's would think is a strange "binge" food? yea... eggs!!!

Ever suffer from an eating disorder? yes, somewhat

Do you tend to over eat when mad or upset? I over eat mostly when I'm bored.

Is there a certain food that you can associate with good memories? cookies, always! and tuna & noodless & spaghetti & B-Bops :]

Best food you've ever had at a wedding? I dont remember

Do you like cake? I LOVE cake. especially lemon cake.

Do you like sour candy? sometimes. but they make my teeth hurt and my eyes water and my cheeks swell up

Do fat free foods really taste any different then the full fat versions? no

Would you rather eat a lone or with others? probably alone, because when i eat in front of others they're constantly ragging on how healthy I will eat. but if it's fast food, no problem.

Do you ever tell others that what there eating is bad for them? nope. I say "mmmm that looks GOOD!"

You have $5 and it's your lunch break and you forgot to pack, where would you go and what would you get? hy vee to get a salad or subway

Could you be a vegetarian or a vegan? no.

Do you have any vegan friends? my cousin is a part time vegan

Is there any food you still eat even though you know it's super bad for you? pizza. I LOVE pizza.

Do you have strong will power when it comes to resisting certain unhealthy foods? yes. all I have to do is think about how fat I'll get

Ever been in a food fight? yes, at grandma's Christmas a few years ago!

Although I have had a whole bottle of it in my bedroom for a year, I can't say that I've tried it yet! Found best results by limiting calories (reasonably, of course), eating organically, and exercising at least four times a week.

Let me know your results though? I'd be really interesting in hearing about it =] I have recently been contemplating the addition of hydroxy's to my diet!

So let me tell you something personal. I drink at least 6 cans of beer per day, usually more. (Light beer, but so what) I'm 'average' size I guess, I can fit into a size 3/4 now when back in April I was a 7-9. So.. there ya have it. It doesnt matter what she drinks; its more along the basis of the food she chooses to eat & the amount of exercise/strength training that is incorporated into each day.

Maybe all you need to do is get your exercise regime back in check. Otherwise.. go to the doctor, if you really think it's something serious? Or your body could just be happy at the weight you're at.

It DOES get better. You have to tough it out. If you want that piece of pizza, go ahead and eat it, but don't go overboard and completely let your diet disintegrate. You have to treat yourself once in awhile. Thats what I did when I dieted, and I got from about 135 to 120 in a month and a half, the HEALTHY way. It's worth it, because now I can still indulge in the foods I love such as pizza, pasta, steak, etc yet while doing so I can maintain my weight. And you can to. Once you begin to adjust, your body will crave HEALTHY foods more so than the high calorie, salty, fattening junk.

Keep that healthy mindset. Be determined, stay focused. Its so worth it in the end. Not only will you look better, but you'll feel better mentally & physically!

breakfast/ strawberry pancakes from ihop with whipped cream

lunch/ Macaroni pizza , mashed potatoes, lasagna and m&m cookies for desert

Oh ok let me point this out too. I have been eating a VERY healthy, clean diet since April1. I cant stand the taste of any of it anymore.  I had to actually work hard to get the right amoutn of calories, because all the food I was eating was so healthy (Egg whites, whole grain toast for breakfast, saladssoups @lunch, grilled chicken, salmon etc)

Anyway.. I cant eat it because Im just sick of it all. Makes me wanna puke.

you should try to aim  for these three essentials at every meal: fruit, veggies, and PROTEIN. your diet sounds like it'll work for awhile, but eventually you'll crack because it's not enough food and you don't have enough variety. i hope you're not sticking to that SAME thing everyday? it gets boring after awhile trust me.. i did it too.. anyway, make sure you have plenty of room for other foods and eat at least 1500 cal a day. what's your current BMI?

Lol. How very ignorant you are. Actually here, we congratulate weight loss. But not six pounds in four days, because that's UNHEALTHY when you're not exercise and eating under 1200 calories a day. Scales dont lie. Your mind lies to you. You probably did only lose WATER WEIGHT and by the way drinking water is good for you, so maybe you should think about that.

Well you're not alone, i can say that much. I started off at a size 9 and I can fit into a size 5 again but I still feel like a bloated hippo. Nothings ever good enough when it comes to my body.

I guess maybe its natural.

Hmm.. just dont order anything if the menu only has things like that on it. Wait until you get home to eat. If its a social eating event, just order what you know is the healthiest choice, or ask the waiter. Next time if you want nachos, have em, but that doesnt mean you have to eat all the extra crap with it. Choose wisely.

looks like you got a lot of replies already, but heres what i do.

2 egg whites with a piece of toast torn in half to make an egg sandwich, or the actual 2 slices of toast.

also always add either an 80 cal yogurt to go with or a FRUIT is always your best choice :) also w/ one cup of milk.

Ok thanks, thats what I was hoping to hear! I do usually work out on a normal basis but I feel so crappy for going over my calories, because it's been that way for about 5 days last week and I feel extremely bloated!!!

Ok just so there's NO confusion.. i DO NOT take in more than 1500 cals a day.

sometimes a little less but i always try to aim to that point.

i feel huge though ever since i've started eating that amount.. feels like i'm absolutely bloated.

Wow thats kind of discouraging isn't it? I eat fruits, veggies, low fat dairy, grains, lean chicken/salmon and really low cal treats (such as rice cakes) but keep my calories in tact, 1400 a day.. and i've lost 9lbs in a month...

i've had my share of pizza one day, a candy bar another day, and some chocolates here and there but its ok as long as you're eating healthy the majority of the time!!

55 pounds in 3 months is amazing! congrats and keep up the good work.

i switched to healthy foods about the 2nd of april, started running up stairs at work every day, and for the past 2 weeks i've been working out at the gym 4-6 x a week.. only  9lb loss so far, but definitely a muscle gain!

how long do you usually work out, and what do you do for exercises?

5'4 and i'm not sure what my weight is.

it's been about 120-125ish the past couple weeks

i'm not trying to lose much, i just want to get rid of extra fat & tone up.

and i'm 20 years old. my BMR is at about 1300.

thanks i'll have to look into those choices.

on a normal day i do cardio for 30 minutes and light exercises for another 10. so, with that being said, is 1200 calories still alright? i have a history of a disordered relationship with food and i'm desperately trying not to go back to that, but i don't really have any guidance.
