| Health & Support | anyone take zoloft? | May 20 2008 16:14 (UTC) |
|
I have been taking Zoloft for about 2 months now. I really like it. It has helped calm me down a ton and has given me more energy at the same time. Its kind of hard to explain but I have three friends that are on it as well. They all take theres in the morning because they feel that it helps give them energy in the morning. I personally started to take it at five in the afternoon and it has seemed to work for me. I find that if I forget to take it and end up taking it right before I go to bed, I have a hard time falling asleep. I guess you just have to find out what works best for you! I havent had any side effects from it, and my friends havent really either. I hope it works for you! Let me know if you have any other questions! |

| Health & Support | Minocycline? How did it affect you? | Feb 04 2008 19:18 (UTC) |

I am so glad someone posted on this! I started taking this last summer for acne and using an ointment for my face. I broke out in a rash and just decided to stop taking both which I know isnt always the best to stop taking antibiotics but i did anyway. Well last week I started to take the Minocycline again and I was so sick and dizzy and I honestly felt depressed and had really bad anxiety. I had a hard time sleeping too and to me it was not worth feeling that way at all! I dont know how long it takes to get used to but I stopped taking it right away because I was feeling terrible. Anyway I dont think you are the only one! I would ask your dr. if there is something else you can take that will work better for your body. Good luck! |

| Yes you can be anorexic and overweight still. It doesnt matter what you weigh, if you are depriving your body of needed calories than there is concern for an eating disorder. | |||

| Hey melodieann I am the exact same height and weight as you and have the same chest size. Last year I lost about 5-10 lbs because of illness from a surgery/depression and I hardly lost any in my chest. I am back up to 120 now and still the same size in that area. I know everyone is different but i dont think 2-3 lbs would make that big of a difference! Good luck! | |||
| Weight Loss | Extreme TOTM weight gain and loss. | Sep 20 2007 19:15 (UTC) |

Hey there, i dont really have any explanation to why that is happening, but I want you to know your not alone and this past month I have felt Pre-Menstrual for like 2 weeks and gained like 8 pounds or so even with eating very healthy..its like my body is ready to start but its just waiting its been terrible feeling heavy and bloated that many days out of the month! I always go back down though after. If you take in all the sodium from your comfort foods, plus the TOM gain, its going to be quite high. Did you feel like you were retaining lots of water? Anyway if it happens again I would probably go get it checked out! Good luck! Sorry I am not much help! |

| I didnt, but I ate right after and it was pretty late. I probably had too much sodium, but I did have a large water with it. I guess I just thought I would be okay by drinking a lot of water before, but it would have been smart to take some water in with me. I really appreciate all of your replies! It feels good to know that there are complete strangers who do care and are willing to help! Thanks again! | |||

| No I couldn't be pregnant, I've never had sex or anything, but I guess I probably should have had more water while I was there! Thanks! | |||
| Weight Loss | laxatives? | Sep 09 2007 17:04 (UTC) |

| Are you eating breakfast? I used to have a problem with this and its hard because if you use laxatives too often, your body will become used to it and once you stop taking them, its harder to start having a bowel movement again. I started to eat breakfast, and increase my fiber and water intake, and now I have one or two a day, as opposed to once every three or four days. I hope that this helps! just know your not alone! | |||
| Weight Loss | Is anyone 5'6" wearing a size 2(juniors)? | Sep 07 2007 21:54 (UTC) |

| I am 5'6" but it honestly depends on the brand of clothes that I buy to determine which size I wear. Sometimes I fit into a 2 with room to spare in one pair of pants, and other times I have to get a size 4. I guess it just depends on your body type but I weigh 120... | |||
