| 5'1.5 and around 115 i think... I wear size 3 or 4... old navy makes sizes bigger. I don't really like the way any of the clothes there fit me though, but it's nice they think about the short people...I went shopping for jeans last week and kept trying them on and getting very angry!!!
I want to loose like 10 pounds.... then I should be size 1/2. |

age: 22 height: 5'1.5 weight: 113...i dont actually own a scale but last i checked thats what i was...and i feel the same haha goal weight: 105 or something that looks good daily cal intake: 1200ish exercise: nothing...im joining a gym soon. |

| breakfast: oats in a bowl mixed with berries
lunch: 2 half sandwiches one with jam, one with cheesewhiz, iced coffee (bad attempt at making that) dinner:probably will be soup snack: will be chocolate mini eggs...which im addicted to. |

| 5"1 and a half... dont really mind being short. even my gramma is taller than me.
hahaha. but the pants being too long thing sucks. and coats and sweaters tht always look better on tall people... for me they are too long and weird. and shirts i thought were supossed to be dresses. |

| ahh im addicted to candy and chocolate!! after every meal I have the craving to eat chocolate or candy...and many days i give in to that craving. my new goal is to go 3 weeks without so the cravings stop! | |||

| im size 3...i was size 5 unless i was just buying pants that were too big.
or maybe i actually lost weight so i feel good about that. maybe at different stores im something else but i shop at the main young girl stores. |

| i dont really feel like everyone is staring at everyone because there are people of all different body types there. but there are some women who are older but trying to be younger who put on make up before going to work out and its like they are finished and getting ready to go to work but no they get that prepared just to go work out... it's crazy. | |||

| when i eat healthy foods i find it easy to eat only 1200 calories....but i have never had a really big appetite. i used to eat the same amount of food that i do now, except i used to eat high calorie, unhealthy food. and if you used to eat a lot of calories you take away 500 from that...you don't have to go all the way down to the lowest amount possible. | |||

| it takes me awhile to get to school and my classes are pretty early so i dont go before school...that would be impossible and crazy. i bring my gym stuff with me to school and then stop at the gym on the way home. well i did it once anyway....hahah but its my plan. | |||

| that kind of diet is pretty much pointless.... because you aren't going to eat just that for the rest of your life, so as soon as you go back to normal you will gain back weight.
you have to eat healthy and excercise to loose weight. |
