This is very funny because I was going to post the same question! I will admit I am horrible at water. When I am working out water is fine..but during the day. Blah. Blah. Blah. I decided yesterday that I drink way too much diet pepsi- that would be the only thing I drank all day. Sigh! So I started today taking a 32 oz container of water to work- it was gone by lunch. I am now drinking a flavor splash 20 oz water, so I am up to 52 oz of water today. I'm sure I will drink 20 oz or so of water with dinner so I will probably be at 72ish oz of water today. I hope I can keep up this pace! |

Did I start this post?! I can't even tell you how odd I find it that there are others in the same boat as I am! My problem is I'm not a big milk person- so I never have alot of milk on the spoon- so there is always milk left over. SOOOOOOO the only logical thing to do is add more cereal- But....oppps I added just a bit too much...so I'll add a touch more milk. The cycle continues until I say....whooooo pour that left over milk down the drain!!!!! My weakness is Kix or Crispex. Could eat them all day. This morning however I ate bran flakes. Not my favorite, so I stopped at one bowl. LOL! I'm glad to know I am not alone in this fight! |

Thank you all for the warm welcome! I'm pretty use to the old weight loss lifestyle- I've been living this way since 2002 when I first started my dieting. I started off at 235, and would set small goals and then maintain that weight. I'm actually down to 143 (I was 137 when I got married 07-07-07- but gained on the honeymoon in Aruba!!) I added my cardio back last night- I've been lazy for the last month :( I also did my sit ups, and various other exercises and some weights. So hopefully I will stay right on track with that.. Yesterday's food was good and right on target. Thankfully!! One day down! |

| Hello! I've lost 91 lbs so far, and when I finally reach my goal I will have lost 105 lbs total. I started in 2002, and I would set a goal of 20 lbs for myself and get to that goal, and maintain it. After a while I would decide it was time to lose another 20 and that is how I got to where I am today. I believe that everyone must find a diet they can live with for the rest of their lives, and make it fit them. Turn it into your own diet by making changes, and making it fit your life. I still see myself as that 235 lb person, and I believe that keeps me humble- and it keeps me on the right track. So I am now trying to get to my overall goal, which I am 14 lbs away from- Fingers crossed I get there! The loss gets so slow when you are so close! | |||
