| Technically when I joined I needed to loose 55 lbs (I weighed 235 wanted 180) but since then i've lost 20 lbs and now need to loose 35 lbs so I'm more fitting to be in this group =)) Anyway now I weigh 215 lbs which is still far from my goal, but there's no way I'm giving up. |

| Today I drank over 3 liters of water, ate lots of vegetables and had soup for lunch, it seems that a combination of those cured my constipation...so my guess is that vegetable soups are probably the best cure against constipation. | |||

| Okay so the first week of my diet is over and now I weigh 228.8 lbs, at the begining of the week (22nd) I weighed 235 meaning that all in all I lost 6.2 lbs my first week. | |||

| Ok my first week is over and I am happy to say that I have lost a total of 6.2 lbs meaning that now I weigh 229 lbs, well at least I'm below 230, every single loss is bringing me closer to my goal. Today was a sort of crapy day since being busy all morning kind of messed up my food plan of eating at 9 am, 3 pm and 8 pm which brought to me being full at the time I ususally exercise and I didn't exercise at all today. At first i was going to make up for it tommorow but then a friend of mine said that if I happened to mess up a day of my diet then I shouldn't try to make it up the next day since it'll mess the whole thing up. All in all I'm pretty happy with my loss though, from now on I should be loosing about 2-3 lbs a week until I get below 200 and then I'll be loosing 1-2 lbs a week. |

| The worst binge I ever had was: 3 ham and cheese toasts 6 chocolate muffins 2 packets of crisps (big ones) around 2 pounds of cheese a 2 liter bottle of chocolate milk 2 deep friede chicken nuggets and to top it off I ate...a salad =)) I don't even want to know how many calories that is... |

| Everyone's answers were really helpful, personally i keep my cc between 1500 and 1600 calories and excercise 7 days a week for about 300-400 calories. My calory deficit is ~1500 calories, which i know is not actually healthy which is why I get a checkup at my doctor's every 2 weeks or so. Also, tommorow is the last day of my diet's first week and after-tommorow in the morning I'll find out just how much weight I lost during my first week. After reading posts in this forum saying that people usually loose a lot in the first week i am expecting something like 5-8 pounds. |

| Hmm I never had a problem with drinking water, I just take the bottle and take 3-4 big sips, can't say i love water or anything but it's so hot here lately that water's the only thing that keeps me going. | |||

| If you're burning that much calories at the gym then you should be having at least 2000 calories a day, a deficit as high as yours is sure to get in the way of weight loss since it'll slow down your metabolism, Furthermore you are still young so your body burns a lot of calories. Well this is just my opinion but you need to be on a protien based 2000 calory diet if you exercise that much. |

| Well then looks like it's friday! Name: Andy Age: 15 Height: 6'0 Current BMI (if you know): 31 (before it was 32) Start Weight: 235 Recent Weight:231 Goal Weight: 187 Pounds till Goal: 44 So the third day of my diet is almost over and I am happy to anounce that at the moment I am not hungry, also today my cc was ovly 2 calories away from my maximum which I see as a good thing, apart from that I ran my usual 10 minutes and did situps and stuff like that for 20 minutes ( not counting the time I rested between sets). All in all today was a pretty good day and I am happy to see my BMI go down by 1. The real test will be tommorow hen I go to my gran's, she always makes me chips and it's gonna suck to see my dad eating them while all I'm gonna have is a salad and a chicken leg. but hey, being healthier is worth the sacrifice. |

| Name: Andy Age: 15 Height: 6'0 Current BMI (if you know): 32 Start Weight: 235 Recent Weight:235 Goal Weight: 187 Pounds till Goal: 48 I have a severe overweigtht problem and so 2 days ago I have started my diet. I have decided to weigh myself only once a week and thus I have no idea what my current weight is but 2 days couldn't have changed it much. Anyway I have started dieting many times in the past 2 years and have always stopped at some point. This time I have decided that if I'm going to lead a healthy life then it should start from my childhood and so I started exercising daily. I hope that this time will be the luc ky one and I will loose those pounds! ps: I drink around 6 liters of water each day |
