I have this too. It occurs when you lose a severe amount of weight in a short period of time because your body does not have enough fat on it to keep itself warm.

In that case I won't eat them period.

It's not worth wasting 115 calories loaded with sugar when I only eat approxl. 400!

What's the brand of these cookies? I'm going on vaca. to the States (Miami, Florida) in a few days and I think these sound like a good option since i don't eat many cals a day anyway

Thank you guys for all the motivational comments, but I'm sad to say that unfortunately today was bad.

I didn't have breakfast or lunch.

For snack I ate a few pieces of frozen mango and granola

Then, for dinner, I had greens with a fat free italian dressing and a cracker with a wedge of light laughing cow cheese.

I CAN'T TAKE THIS VICIOUS CYCLE.

Okay so scratch what I said about my new diet plan on yesterday's journal. That was pathetic. I'm going to recover from this eating disorder. I hope. I know ana will always live in the back of my head, but for today, I tried to eat well.

Breakfast: 1 bowl of Special K Vanilla Almond Cereal w/ Skim Milk.

Mid-Morning Snack: Pink Lady Apple and Nuts

Lunch: Pink Lady Apple, 2 pieces of Dried Pineapple, and a Fat-Free BioFitness Strawberry Yogurt.

Afternoon Snack: Grapes and Nuts

Dinner: Greens with 2 tbs. of Fat-Free Italian Dressing, with a few pieces of fake Shrimp, Raspberries.

Snack: Special K Vanilla Almond Snack Bites

Exercise: 1 HR. on the Tredmill

This is the first day I've actually eaten well, and I am so proud of myself. And to be completely honest, I feel so much happier, and even lighter than I usually do.

I'm in recovery from anorexia, and as you can all see I am not eating enough calories per day in order to gain weight, I really need some help, any suggestions as to how I could maybe eat more, and actually be able to take in such large amounts of food? I'm supposed to be eating like 1,800 calories a day.

breakfast: 2 flax grain crackers with 30g of cottage chese, and 2 slices of dried pineapple.

lunch: mixed greens with asian crunchy noodles and a peanut/soya dressing.

snack: granola, some frozen mango, grapes

dinner: whole wheat wrap with two slices of no-fat kraft swiss/mozarella cheese, 2 tomato slices, some onion, and 4 pieces of lettuce.

snack: 3 or 4 cashews.

LOTS OF WATER!

I know, it sounds like I'm stuffing my face, but I must because I'm trying to recover from Anorexia.

breakfast - woke up too late!

lunch - egg white omelette with tomatoes, onions, and mushrooms, 4 pieces of dried pineapple.

snack - frozen berries, 3 pieces of dried pineapple

supper - a mixed greens salad with sauteed shrimps in garlic, topped with kraft's low fat italian dressing, watermelon.

snack - 2 handfulsl of nuts, nectarine, few slices of dried mango.

how do you guys think i did today, seeing as i'm trying to gain weight?
