| Yeah! I have a lot of peanut butter, because I don't eat meat. It's a good source of protein. One trick I have is putting peanut butter on two slices of bread, and then instead of eating it as a sandwich, eating it by the slice. That way it takes longer to eat, and you feel like you're eating more, but you're actually eating the same amount. :) | |||

| Yes, I believe any lifestyle change can change your period cycle. I had it twice one month when I first started dieting as well. I think it's pretty normal, but I'm just going on experience. | |||
