Michael Phelps Typical Day: BREAKFAST: - Three friend egg sandwiches with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, fried onions and mayo. - A five egg omelette - Bowl of grits - Three slices of French toast with powdered sugar - Three chocolate chip pancakes - Two cups of Coffee LUNCH: - A pound of paster with tomato sauce - Two large ham, cheese and mayo sandwiches on white bread &nb sp; - 1000 calories worth of energy drinks DINNER: - A pound of pasta with tomato sauce - Six to Eight pizza slices - 1000 calories worth of Energy Drinks |

| no i'm the opposite of how you feel, i wish i felt always hungry. this means that your metabolism is working and you're probably growing too! lucky! lol. i get stuffed right away and i LOVE to eat but my body just gets too stuffed. and i always overeat. | |||

| Breakfast: 2 eggo waffles with sugar free syrup. one bowl of kashi go lean crunch. 1 vitamuffin. 2 cups of orange juice. 1 lean pocket. 1 weight watchers bagel with loads of fatfree cream cheese. lots of mixed berries. natural quaker cinnamon oatmeal.
it was a binge, i don't know whether to eat the rest of the day. |

| i'm really excited because i'm joining the track team next week so that will keep my mind off of binging. i think counting calories causes me to binge as well.. i decided to stop my bad habits because i'm beginning to start auditioning for broadway shows and i heard that bulimia can harm your voice. thank you guys so much for your help! | |||

ps. since i've stopped binging and purging (about 3 days now!) i've been getting alot hungry every hour, is it because my body is used to having alot of food in my system or am i growing? lol. i hope i didn't slow down my metabolism. |
