Dude, I know exactly what you mean.

I had lost 9 pounds in the last two months (when I started calorie counting), but have been sick for the last week or so.

I have not really eaten much more that the 1200 calories a day, as a matter of fact a couple of days I only ate about 800 calories last week, because I  coudn't stomach anything else.

I went to the  scale yesterday and I am 3 pounds shy of my starting weight. What gives?

I have been consuming larger amount of liquid and the daily recomended dose of Nyquil. But I didn't think that would make me gain 6 pounds in 7 days!

I LOVE DANCING TO HIGH ENERGY BEATS. IT DOESN'T FEEL LIKE A CHORE TO MAKE YOU LOOSE WEIGHT. YOU ARE JUST HAVING FUN. ROLLER SKATING TOO, NOT ROLLER BLADING, I LIKE SKATING AT THE RINK WITH ALL THE TECHNO MUSIC. IT'S FUN, AND I FEEL AWESOME AFTERWARDS.

Yes it is worth it, even is just for one week. You will see a difference.

And about the salt water flush. You really dont have to use that much salt to get the "flush" effect. Trust me 25-30 minutes after I feel the effects.

The cleanse is supposed to release all the stuff suck in your intestinal tract and promote a new mucus lining.

It's like a colonic, only it cleans you out fron esophagus to colon.

I'm on day two. Hang in there. I did do it once last year and I felt great. I'm doing it again this year because, honestly, I just let myself go. But I'm looking to start eating healthier again, and nothing sounds more appealing to me than to start with a clean stomach. My friend Rachelle turned me on to this cleanse. She is a strict vegan, and the poster child for healthy body. Her clean diet shows on her great physique. It's a little hard because you wont be eating for a long time, but it's all mental. I personally use molasses instead of the syrup just because it sustains me a little better. Don't lose faith in this, it does work. :)

Caramel ~ it starts ok, but leaves a horrible aftertaste.

Fish ~ can't stand the flakyness and the possibilty of bones just freaks me out.

Collard greens ~ I feel like I'm eating yard clippings, not to mention the taste. BLEEH!

White chocolate ~ tastes like fat.

Anything that has strawberries in it or is strawberry "flavored" ~ but i like the fruit by itself.

Tea ~ taste like sap. Yuck
