| NAME: m0nkey AGE: 25, Female DAILY CALORIE GOAL: 1,500 WEIGHT LOSS GOAL OR MINI GOAL: First mini goal is 139, Final goal 129 VITAMINS OR SUPPLEMENTS? I take a multi vitamin and biotin USUAL BREAKFAST: Yogurt mixed with fiber one cereal USUAL LUNCH: Salad with a protein FAVORITE SNACK FOODS (SWEET): Meh. I'm not really into sweets. FAVORITE SNACK FOODS (NON-SWEET): Cheese, almonds, cashews FAVORITE LOW-CALORIE BEVERAGE: Diet pepsi or Coke zero FAVORITE LEAN PROTEINS: Chicken, tofu, fish, beans FAVORITE LOW-CALORIE BREAD: Ezekiel Bread FAVORITE LOW-CALORIE SALAD DRESSING: Olive oil and vinegar FAVORITE SOUPS: Anything I make myself FAVORITE VEGGIES: peppers, avocado, spinach HATED VEGGIES: None really FAVORITE FRUITS: apple, banana, plum, peach, strawberry FAVORITE GRAIN: Oatmeal FAVORITE STARCH: Pasta FAVORITE EXERCISE: Jogging FAVORITE LOW-CALORIE FOODS YOU WANT OTHERS TO KNOW ABOUT: I love home made chicken and veggie soup YOUR DIET MOTTO: Don't give up! |

| Hi! I am 5' 6" and 150. I wear a comfy size 8 now, and I know that 5-7 lbs less I am good in a 6. My goal is 125-130 and probably around a 4. I am pretty muscular which makes the scale weight higher, but that's ok. I can totally kick butt ;) | |||

| My hair started falling out since I've lost 30 lbs since March. I started taking hair/nail supplements and it has since stopped. Also, my hair is growing like a weed and my nails are too! | |||
