| hi guys........I was so badly caught up with the work...i could not even check the posts till today.. i will be an active member from today... i plan to go to gym tomorrow and do cardio and then weights.Will let you know how it went.... I am regular to gym...so no problem there..i am at 120 now.. need to get down to 110 or loose my tummy flab :) i joined CC around the end of july 2007 and with the help of people from posts and lot of reading about diet ..helped me loose 10 lbs..so i am up for another looser now.. If i could do it..you guys can as well.. lets do it.... madhu |

| hey Ann and wannabehot... congrats........my training is going on great as well.. earlier i used to go gym 5 days a week now i am on the treadmil everyday...to be ready for the NOV 4th 5k...trying to fit in my exercise in my day...today we have a party at my friends place so i will do my gyming in my office gym....i am doing good on calories as well.... really 1 days bad eating..you have to pay the price..it took me nearly a week to put down the 1.4 lbs....i am now around 122 so doing great.....2 lbs to shed off....wohhoo... being a hardware engineering and working for one of the top compay i am under constant pressure all the time.. exercise and change in eating habits chaged the way i live ..the way i work...really.. its a life changing thing... this can be experinced if we are ture to ourselves and love ourselves.......and work for ourselves..no excuses lets do it ladies.... | How is everyone doing..Its become a habit for me now to check posts from you guys....I have decide to do a 5k race coming NOV.. so I started training for that.But can someone suggest me on proper training? Like how many miles to run a day... etc...i am going to test my extremes today on treadmil...comining to eating I am doing good on that part as well. But the problem with the kind of food we eat..... there is no count on calories...but still i am doing my best to get good knowledge on the in-takes....i will post back tonite on how I did..
