| If people are concerned with your weight, you might should really consider it. I know that might not even be the case, but the number on the scale really doesn't mean that much. I mean, different people carry weight differently, so maybe 120 might look gross on one person and good on someone else, I don't know if I'm saying this right, but really consider how healthy your being. I doubt 1350 calories a day is healthy for anyone and I also think strict dieting leads to eating disorders, so maybe loosen up | |||

| Look, 230 calories isn't going to kill your diet, make you gain weight or anything. Just use it as a reminder next time and don't eat them. Its done for now, no need of obsessing over it. No need to obsess over getting an "A+" on your analysis either, nobody is perfect. Its perfectly fine to get an "A-". Hell, I got a B+ or whatever, and I'm fine with that because I know I ate what I needed to eat today, who cares what some website says? | |||

| First of all, how much is your calorie "limit"? And if you have a problem eating too little, either you have an eating disorder, or your just really busy. |

| I could help, I had an eating disorder for 5 or 6 months during last summer and the begining of school. I got down to 70 pound, but now I'm at a healthy 87 or something pounds (I'm only 4'9") and I eat right and exercise. | |||

| Whhhat the crap, if your fat your fat not curvy. If your flabby that is NOT curvy. Curvy is just a euphamism for fat people. Thats dumb, if your fat your fat and you shouldn't be pittied for it. When I think of curvy or sexy I think of Playboy, I mean, its a sex symbol. I don't think of fashion models, and I don't think of people at a size 14. |

| breakfast, weight control oatmeal, yummmm. lunch, chicken salad with mozzarella and swiss cheese. honey mustard dressing, a little orange, some applesauce bread dinnner, two scrambled eggs with cheese, a peach yeaaa, I just got my braces tightened so I can't really eat much variety. |

| i dont think that sounds okay at all, you need to eat more or your metabolism might slow down and that just doesnt sound healthy how old are you? |

| okay, i hate to say someone has an eating disorder from just reading their posts, but honestly, you sound like you do... 1200 is a low amount of calories. especially if you work out, honestly, i think you should see a nutritionist i don't mean to judge or point fingers, but i think you'd benifit from a doctor, i know i have... anyways, hope you continue to eat more !! |

| well maybe when you cut back a lot your metabolism slowed down.. metabolism is like afire, the more wood *food* you put onto it, the more wood it burns and the faster.. does that make since? my doctor used that analogy w/ me. |

| okay, im just sort of butting in.. hope thats okay? anyways, i feel like i start eating and cant stop lately i did it ONCE for a christmas party and now every opertunety i get, i do it again.. im starting to worry im becoming a binge eater or something.. and thats a SCARY though considering just a few months ago i ate less than 1000 calories and walked almost every day... anyways... happy new years? |

| oh wow, my hair was coming out a TON when i was at my worst it still comes out now, but not nearly as bad... ive just been eating "normal" for a teenager for the most part.. |

| no one on here is excly an "expert" so you shouldn't base your eating habbits purely on what some people say but in my oppinion, i think you should be eatng quite a bit more considering you work out so much because all this exercise makes your metabolism much faster so you need more fuel. even if you eat back all the calories you burn exercising your still burning more calories in general because your metabolism is faster.. what type of exercise do you do? |

| well, i wasn't technically "anorexic" (because i haven't started my "monthly cycle") but when i started i never ate more than 1000 calories a day normally around 700 or 600 a day... when i went to the doctor they told me my heart rate was dangerously low and if i didn't gain weight i would have to go to the hospital plus, i honestly felt like CRAP all the time, i could barely walk up the stairs in my house i was so weak and tired.. anyways, after a couple of weeks i was STILL LOSING weight and my heartrate wasn't getting much better... so finally i slowly started making small goals for myself well, my nutritionist made goals for me but ive been doing well now, i think im over eating, but before my last appt i thought i was then but i stayed the same weight... also to motivate me, ive realized that i won't grow anymore if i don't gain... and being 4'10" and having basically no boobs / butt i want to grow some more. |

| welll, i guess ive been eating maybe 3000 on some days, those days are when i eat a lot of junk but ive been recovering for a while and i used to just eat like 1600 or 1800 calories of healthy things... but just lately ive been eating a lot, especially with the holidays. |

| well, its kinda differant for teenagers because, we're still growing and developing so any serious dieting can screw up your entire developement. id recommend not eating less than 1700 or 1800 calories and working out but if you work out, you'd have to eat more like 2000 calories or something, |

| thats funny, my dad HATES chocolate. he usually eats a lot of suggary deserts, key lime/ lemon bars are yummmy cookies, any type ya kno? fruit is always a good desert tho, kiwi;pineapple; a good apple w/ pb;BANANAS;strawberrryyy hha yumm. ann, candy! |

| okay, wow im jelous, you eat so healthy! as for sweets, dark chocolate is AMAZING, and pudding is really good especially for young girls, cuz "our bones are growing" and it has calcium... you could acually maybe use a LITTLE more dairy teenage girls are supposed to have AT LEAST 3 serving of dairy everyday, and not the fat-free type stuff either. fat is also good to encorperate, it helps you grow, and function. anyways, if your 14 you really should eat a little more than your maitnence (SP?) if you want to grow. growing apparently takes a LOT of calories i dont kno why, but its kinda something im struggling with to i don't always get how my body uses all the calories i eat, but it does, cuz ive been eating a TON more and still just maintaining... OH, and remember, your metabolism is like a fire. the more wood (food) you put on it.. the bigger it burns (more calories you burn) |
