I wanted to join this group but it currently says that it is closed. I am currently 180lbs...which is good but i am up 10lbs from what i was at the end of April. I will like to be at 150/140lbs in November. May be pushing it but that is 30/40lb weight lost. I currently am training for a 5K in September so I run bout 8-11 miles a week. Starting this week i will add in a high impact one hour aerobics class. Also i decided whenever i am watching tv in my room I am going to get on the gazelle and just go to town. I am watching what I eat and am eating 1200 calories a day. I have started this regime this week so I will take my weight check on the 8th of August.

Target is the best place to go. I have just started to replace my clothes in my clothes at the beginning of May.  I also took all of the clothes that i can pull off my body with them zippered/button and have given them away.  I have been shopping at Target and Ann Taylor Loft for my work clothes. (I only go with a budget of $20, so I dont spend more then that)  For going out clothes I have been frequenting Forever 21

Note: When you start wearing the clothes that fit people will notice that you have lost weight or more weight

i love my protein shakes...i have been drink the whey protein shakes from GNC (choc. is the best + cookies and cream if you can get over the cookie pieces that have to be flossed out) for breakfast with a piece of fruit or cheese.  I have been doing this since August and combine with my workout and dietery changes I have lost a little over 30lbs

its more of a mental things then a physical thing...a word of advice to you...if you are running on a treadmill GET OFF.  That was the best thing anyone told me and i can actually run harder.  I just a little confused I know there are mini hills but there isn't a bridge on this course RIGHT

I am me and three other people.  I just ran the clearwater irongirl the month before. am trying to work up to a half marthon at the end of the year, since the disney 1/2 marathon is full

I would love to be a size 4/6...i am 5'3. THe smallest I was able to get down to was a size 8 in college (weight 150lbs, body fat 13%) I want to end up being 4/6 130lbs. Currently I am a size 10/12 weighing in at 170 (25lbs lost since Aug. 19) I would be extremly happy if i could get that size.
