Hey Team, I missed last weeks wiegh in...do you know what happens? I'm not out right? I was pretty sick last week and just didn't get around to hopping on CC....I hope I can still be in this! Even though I felt really bad I have been working my tooshy off.....here are my stats.... Hope you all are doing well!

My best friend is 5'10" and 130...so I feel your pain :) LOL..but no matter what size any of us are, we all have out insecurities too. That is awesome though that you guys will have a nice long walk, good luck on your running and training! Keep up the hard work everyone! |

Good Day Ladies! Hope you all are well!!! Noka, I'm sorry about your sad couple of days, I know life can be rough sometimes, but there is always a light at the end of the road, just don't ever stop trying to rise above...:) On happy notes........ The Biggest Loser was AWESOME last night :) Im totally hoping Ali wins...she is doing sooo amazing! They all are working so hard, and that is just so inspiring to watch! I don't know who to vote for...I love Roger...so I'd like to see him back, But I really want one of the girls to win! ps....My butt is so sore...literally...my butt cheeks! =) I did squats yesterday with my lower body wieght circuit, and then I ran 2 miles....I'm walking a little funny today :) LOL I have an all day volleyball tournament on Sunday this weekend and I always burn MEGA calories, so I'm hoping to pull another 2 or 3 lbs loss for the week... :) |

The Biggest Loser was AWESOME last night :) Im totally hoping Ali wins...she is doing sooo amazing! They all are working so hard, and that is just so inspiring to watch! Hey team! Hope you all had a great weekend! I had a pretty decent one, I think I kicked my own butt on the treadmill, which is a good thing :) I have a long workout planned for this afternoon and I'm excited! Oh, and I can't wait to watch the Biggest Loser finale tonight! Here are my stats for the day:
Initial weight: 241.6 April 8th: 238.4 Loss: 3.2 lbs!!!!! When I started losing I was at 266 in October so just a couple more pounds and I will reach my 30 pound mark :) YAY! I'll be away from my computer the rest of the day, but I will definitely post and comment more tomorrow, have a great wonderful and healthy day everyone! |

Good day ladies! Hope everyone had a great weekend! I had a busy one! It was good though, hung out with my family and had a picnic yesterday. The weather was great, we even played a game of croquet =) had lots of fresh fruits and veggies AND a couple slices of pizza.... Hey ladies! How have you all been, I've been trying to read and catch up to what I have missed. I had a few things go down and then got super distracted, but IM BACK! and ready to get to that bikini wearing :) I love the outdoor activity idea, but since every day I leave at sun-up and dont' get home til way after dark, my outdoor activities are limited to the weeeknds. But I can definitely try to get out there during my lunch break and walk around and see what I can see :) I hope you all are doing well, and Im sorry I left you for a couple weeks...forgive me? |

Hey Team! My name is Angela, I am 24 years old, weigh 239, and am 5' 8". I started on CC back in September and I weighed 266! ICK...so I'm slowly but surely working my way down to my goal weight of 156 (that is where the BMI says I won't be overweight). And with summer approaching, I'm gonna have to start busting my butt to get these pounds gone! Right now I coach and play volleyball, do about 400 minutes of cardio each week minimum and I also do weight lifting about 3-4 times a week. I stick to a well balanced low-cal diet and as long as I keep to it, it works great! My personal email is on my profile, feel free to email me on CC or on there :) Lumumba: seems like you have a pretty good analysis going on, I think that will be great motivation for our team! And you are right too, I get distracted easily :) I look forward to winning this challenge with all of you!

HOLY MOLY! You bikini hotties are doing so great!!!! I am so happy to hear how you all are kicking butt!!! Hopefully I will report some major butt kicking next week! As for this week....YIKES...I gained :( I spent the weekend at Disneyland with the family, but that wasn't where my downfall was...I only made it to the gym once last week =/ ANYWAYS...I'm lacking severe motivation to get back in gear...but this week will be better and I will definitely work super hard to reach my two goals that I've missed this past two weeks and hit my goal for Monday... Oh gibson...I totally understand the salt cravings.....I could kill someone for a lick of salt every now and then :) LOL. Noka...Good luck on your MRI! Those things are never a fun thing, but you will do great! Hang in there everyone...I have a feeling that March is gonna ROCK OUR WORLDS! :) |

You all are doing so great :) I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on the way to work, now I'm sipping on a diet coke...Not the best, but I need something easy to eat in the car on my way to work (since I drive about an hour and 10 minutes every morning)! The new firewalls at work keep kicking me off CC, and that is usually when I need the most support. Im pretty sure they are going to figure my little shortcuts out so soon I will be a night time CCer only :( I'm ready to exercise tonight! I went home from work early yesterday and took the time to retain control of my environment, on in other words: I cleaned and organized. I ALWAYS feel so much better when the stuff around me is neat and in order. I even cleaned out my car which was becoming a scary scary place! I found an old moldy banana under my seat the other night..ICK! Anyways, I have a volleyball coaching seminar until about 9pm and then after that is off to Sweat my booty off :) My goal for this exercise challenge is 540 minutes total exercise. Its just nine days right? That is an average of 60 minutes a day...... What day did it start? Yesterday or Tuesday? I have my days all mixed up! |

Hi girls! I have been away from my computer for a few days and haven't done much on here :) I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I went on a hike that was about 8 miles, and it was AMAZING! I have never done anything like that and it was something I feel I could get into! So I have one planned for 2 weeks from now...SO EXCITED! Um, I haven't weighed myself yet this week....So I will weigh in tomorrow morning...I've been bad, and am scared to step on the scale! I think I gained like 1.5 pounds from what I last weighed....Ahh...Gotta get back in the groove! I will write more later, just thought I would check in with you Fab Femmes :) |

So I signed up for the 10K :) I think it will give me the motivation I need and its something I've always wanted to try... I've always been athletic...just not in super good cardio shape, so with over 2 and 1/2 months to train, I think it will be awesome! I just had an awesome lunch : spring mix salad (one bag only $.62! @ Fresh and Easy), some peppered turkey meat, a little bit of feta cheese and some vinegarette dressing! sided with a little bowl of mixed fruit and some hot tea to drink....YUM! Y'all got me thinking about pancakes...I don't think I have had pancakes in over a year ;( I miss em! |

So there is this marathon in May and I am thinking about doing the 10k...... That is about 6.55 miles...right now I can do about 4 miles in 1 hour.....but that is inside, climate controlled and paced on a tredmill.... Do you guys think it would be too ambitious to try and do 6.55miles outside, up and down, at elevation of 5600ft????? I guess I don't have to decide right now, but have any of you done these things? This would be my first...! Call me a marathon virgin! I've always wanted to try..but I don't want to bite off more than I can chew! What do you think??? |
