| My 1st week I lost 5lbs, Not sure why.....but I hear it's water and just the fact that when were not dieting we never realize just how many calories we are eating....so more than likely when dieting were eating probably 1/2 what our body is use to :) Good job and keep it up!! | |||

| Fitness | How do you count 10,000 steps/day? | Sep 28 2007 01:17 (UTC) |

Opps just read your last post, about how to enter it into this website. To be honest that is the SAME trouble im having. My padometer tells me how many miles and time along with steps. So im doing it by time walking. Go to the activity section and type in walking, then look for the one that says moderate, slow, fast...and then imput your time, 30mins, 45mins it will tell you how many calories you have burned. Hope this helps a little, and if you find an easier way PLEASE tell me :) |

| How funny, I just started doing that myself. I got a good padometer from Walmart for $8.00 It tells you how many steps and miles. It's a great tool, when you get it you will have to adjust it to fit your stride. Good luck and keep walking!!! It REALLY helps!! | |||
| Weight Loss | ALLI the FDA approved diet pill...... | Sep 27 2007 06:11 (UTC) |

I am actually taking the Alli Pill right now.....and I haven't (knock on wood) had any weird side effects. Though I am not eating anything fried or fast food. Well I had one slice of pizza about a week ago. Nothing happened when I did. I have lost weight sense I have been on it, but I don't know if it was the pill or the calorie intake I have been on. So I agree with the girl who said it's different for everyone. Just be carefull if you take it, I am :) Good LUCK!! |
