okay....well i wear natural make up...made with minerals...i just recently switched...

i kinda have to wear makeup becuz i have this weird redness by my lips...looks like i have a red mustache hah..yeah but ummm try geting mineral make up, feels much better, lighter, and it doesnt clog pores, so you can wear it to the gym with out feeling guilty...

and i must say that with makeup on i have sooo much more confidence! and you never know who your gonna run into..(i live in am small town)

I'm still 127..... I've been really good these last few days, i got a job so it diffenitley keeps my mind away from food...so hopefully next week i will see better results....

They work alright for me...but i like to use them before i exercise sometimes, and then i can just eat after sometime..

For natural pills....theres also apple cider vinegar, green tea extract, CLA, and umm astragalus.....but these can be quite pricey.....

soo i just drink lots of green tea, and some times have a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar....they both are VERY good for your health, and not only in ways to reduce weight...google it

hmmm..well  after workouts maybe eat lots of veggies..to make you full, and i mean lots! so if you do STILL want something unhealthy  after veggies...then you shouldn't or won't have as much...

Also, i've learned that if you like having sweets....the best time to splurge is after a hard work out...it restores your electroytes...and then you should have a full meal with good protein like an hour or more after...but thats for workouts that you feel really exhausted or sweated alot..etc....triathletes and pro runners do that do that...

BUT I'm not saying it's a go ahead to binge on chocolate and peanut butter!...moderation is key!!!!

And if i do a workout..like i'm in ballet where i don't normally sweat alot, i'm now not gonna eat afterwards, (i used to) but instead im gonna just go to bed..

With holidays, i'm bored...so i eat when i have nothing better to do.....but tommorrow it's back to school...so hopefully i will lose weight...but I need to stop eating at like 7:00pm otherwise i keep eating.....congrats to the champs!

remember that nuts arent a complete protein source...i like pistachios,almonds, peanuts and cashews personally...

Get complete proteins from some grains too like quinoa, buckwheat, amaranth...

Okay well....i must say, i am eating mostly veggies, complex carbs, vegetarian proteins, and fruits and exercising.....and im trying to cut down my portions with his golden rules......

I think if your eating junk, and using his golden rules you'll lose wieght, but without exercise and a healthy diet  you won't get to the weight that is ideal...also you'll feel like crap!!!

well last time around the same time of year , i was in the same predicament, same weight and wanted to lose weight....i did that by eating mostly veggies, watching protions, barley any sweets or no simple carbs at all!!!  exercising lots, and would always stop eating at like 7pm...but i wasnt hungry or starving myself and i got to like 110, it's underweight but it felt sooo good...and you have to get used to doing that, which is my problem right now....but i'm trying to get in as many vegs as possible!!!

Okay well..today was the first day i tried it...and i must say i did good....after lunch i had huge cravings for something sweet....i had an oatmeal to go in my hand, openened it, took one small bite, stopped myself...and did the tapping thing...and my craving was gone, hah i threw it in the garbage...felt good!

Fiber will also get your bowel movements going :)....which can help lose weight, and get rid of stuff sitting in you!

Wow its already saturday...well W1- 128lbs...and today 127,

YEs ! eat slower, and savour your food...and eat conciously!!! then your brain will tell you when your full...THEN stop eating...its one of the great secrets to weight loss....also if anyone has heard of Paul Mckenna , check out some of his videos, on youtube..I'll give you the link becuase he really talks about this subject..http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5v76mcu9IWw&am p;feature=related

Okay well, i searched paul's name...and watched some really good clips on youtube!!!!can't wait for tommorrow to see if it helps...He has a really good theory, of eating conciously , eating when your hungry, eating what you want, but stop eat eating when your full, with lots of visualization...ooo i think it will work...

and it was so interesting, he did an experiment where five people got a big breakfast one day, they ate everything on their plate, the next day they got the exact same breakfast, but ate with blindfolds on, and ate alot less!

I'm 5'7 and yeah want to lose 10lbs!! i'm 127-129lbs, my goal is to be about 115lbs would be perrrfect, and am trying to be patient..

Eating lots of vegtables, fruits, and whole grains, legumes and beans......limit dairy, meat(specially red), soy protein, caffeine-no coffee, and limit alchol.....go to a health food store, and get some milk thistle extract, and maybe some fiber pills(natural).....

milk thistle is really good for you! and your liver, it will help with weight management, help for all fatty foods, smoking or alcohol, pollution, chemicals, persevatives that you have been exposed to, help people who require digestive aids, and helps allery sufferers.

oh my gosh.....i really really need to get sugar out of my diet...i used to be really good....but now im adicted, whenever im done lunch or dinner, i crave sugar! its soo bad....i dont know what to do....i need to go on a cleanse or something....otherwise i know ill give in....ugh, any other tips?

I know just what you mean!...at the beginning of the year...i started having little desserts after dinner...and they were fine and totally controlled at first...but it gradually became bigger and more unhealthy....now i am like an addict...its not good and pretty much caused my whole weight gain...

im trying to lessen them with having days without sugar...(really hard) or days ill try and chew gum, have diet sodas, or tea....but i hate it, i used to never be like this, but once i get over it i can get to my goal weight. I almost think that if i cut sugar out of my diet, like a cleanse....then i'll be more sensitive to sugary things, therefore eating less of it...i think after new years ill do some sort of liver cleanse......yeaah

Instead of a mocha, why don't you try a green tea, tea, or just straight coffee.....i sweeten my coffee with stevia, it has no calories and its from a natural plant....

give them veggi sticks!!! low fat dips..no pop, don't buy junk food, go for family walks, enroll them in sports they can make lots of friends, sneak veggies into their baked food(if you bake), with carrot puree, zucchini, yam puree, prune puree apple sauce....etc.....

make the tv area a non eating area, with the exceptions of low cal foods, popcorn and veggies....eat your food at a table where you are aware of what you consume....otherwise have tea, club soda, water and lots of great ideas already there......

I hate it when they eat all the sweets and salties...candies and chocolate bars, in front of your face and say want some!!ack dont do that......i won i wont......but it makes me feel like crap if i do, so ill just keep tellin myself that

Take a class, of dance, aroebics, pilates etc....trying making friends with the people there...or get a suitable friend to be your exercise buddy, but get some one whos motivate to exercise and who will get you off your butt..

get really good music with lots of beats, and the more you sweat the better!
