| It seems like there may be a lack of motivation. If I can do it you can too.I live on a second floor apartment with two kids of my own and I am a single working mother. What works for me is having a buddy or a partner. She can come to my house, we can go outside and we are always there for each other whenever we feel like we can't do it anymore. So maybe if you can find someone who will workout with you or you can get the kids involved. Like put on some music and dance with them-I haven't met a child who doesn't love to dance! | |||
