| I've loss 146 lbs since june 18th 2007, I'm not sure how i kept myself motivated it just got addictive exercising and eating correctly, i still have about 15 lbs to lose to get in my healthy BMI range. But it feel fantastic to be under 200lbs. went from a 48 size pant to a 32, 4xl shirt to a large. congrats on your 100 lb loss and your future weight loss. | |||

| 1500-2000 cal max for me for six months, and i exercise daily. Lean Chicken, tons of fiber, 0 cokes, 0 fast food not even cheat days, but i take it to the extreme or extremes, but i lost and never hit a plateau. basically if you eat right and i stress right you'll lose weight and a good workout schedule doesn't hurt either. i was 265 somewhere mid september now im 211. | |||

| that will be hard 100 lbs would be pushing it in that time frame. you'd have to be real active and strict on your diet. I've loss 124 lbs in almost that time frame but it wasn't easy and i was under doctor's guidance and a nutrionist. June 18 i weighed 345 last week i was at 221. | |||

| eat your 1200-1500 cals a day don't worry about how much fast you want to lose it, only your body will decide whether 1.5 lbs or more weight loss is appropiate for you per week. but eat your minimum | |||

| no when im hungover i go through the day as i would normally do dieting/exercising wise. japoll17 sometimes "bad" food is needed to keep us sane in a diet. As long as you don't make it an everyday habit. | |||

| its possible to lose 5+ lbs a week, all depends on the type of work you do and how hard you exercise...if you keep to a 1500 cal diet and work hard to burn cals there will be weeks where you lose 5+ lbs who cares what math you are doing. I'm 114 lbs done in 5 months. thats 5.7 lbs give or take a week i've loss on average. If you feel good with the food you are eating and work hard to burn you are gonna lose lbs plain and simple. | |||

| i never get like that, i got drunk on vodka last weekend of course i had a hangover the next day. guess depends on what you are drinking that may cause you to feel or look bloated the next morning. but then again im a guy and can't compare to a womans point of view. | |||

| Today im at 235, Thats 30 lbs down from Sep 16. I've met my end of the year goal 2 months early. 215 my new goal before the year is up. I know that was rather fast of weight loss, but i just increased my exercise daily and kept my diet the same, and its been mostly all fat loss, cause if any i've gained muscle mass during this time with my increased protein intake and increased weight training. September 16th 2007 : 265lbs and change October 19th 2007 : 235 lbs 30 lbs loss |
