| I'm not sure yet. I bought turbo jam, I might alternate BIU, turbo jam and jogging on nice days. I dont know where your from, but here in quebec, winter is coming in few weeks, we have to be outside as much as we can!
One thing is sure, I dont want to do another 6 week in a row of BIU... I'm afraid to get bored if I dont do something else. I'm not sure to get started on sunday because I'm so sick. I might wait another few days... |

| Hi everyone, I'm still reading you even if I'm in my "week with no SI6". I wanted to do some kind of other exercise this week, but I'm so sick I cant! Now I'm loosing weight in the wrong way,,, I just cant eat!
Idgystripes, congrats on your week 4! let's go, you have only 2 to go. did you take pictures? I'm using the bands for biceps and back, but I prefer weights for shoulders and triceps. I found these two exercices to hard to control with the bands. continue to push play! It's worth it! |

| I just finished week 6 day 5!!! it's DONE!!!
one to go! yay for me. Now that I know more about that program, I think I'm going to do like you idgystripes, I'm going to alternate, one day of BIU and one day of cardio. I feel that when I have a day of break of BIU, I can put a lot more energy to it the next day. The second day in a row, I have a lack of energy, especially in the legs. I'm wayting for my copy of turbo jam, it's a lot more cardio, i've tryed it before, I think it's going to be a litle more fun to. I will certainely enjoy my week of no SI6, not that I dont like it, but I did more than 35 hours of it in the last 6 weeks... but come one ! push play! |

skiped a day today, had a friend over, it's almost 10:00, no way I push play now! idgystripes, I am not going to lie to you, I did not loose weight with this program. I was already doing exercise before, I had to stop jogging because I've twist an ankle. I started that with a lot of expectations, usualy people have good results. I went jogging this week end and I actualy feal like I have lost my shape, especially for the cardio. I have a begining of a 6 pack, that I like. I feal loose in my pants, and like I said before, my husband is all over me all the time, I know there is some changes related to that program. especially if you consider that I was not in bad shape when I started. My weigh is between 136 and 138 lb. I eat whatever I want, even sweets, fries, yesterday I had pancakes with butter, maple sirup AND maple sugar... go figure why it does not go down... what I love about BIU is that it's always a chalenge. It's not getting boring to me because it does not get easyer. I've ordered turbo jam, there is more cardio in it, I may mixt the work out with SI6 and jogging. I would so like to tell you that it works like magic, but realy, I thing that diet and supplements count for like 80%... I do have a good improvement in my shape, but I exercise for at least 6 hours a week! It's impossible not to have results this way! Come on, push play, I want to know how you will do. please dont let me down! I need people to keep me motivated for round 2! ;-) |

| hi girls! week 7 day 2: done!
I could't resist yesterday and I went jogging with my dog. was a good feeling, but I realise that SI6 is very good on the muscles, but not so good on cardio. I'm sore today, but I did it anyway. I'm actually happy to be almost done with the first round. I wanted to stick to it so much and I did, but I cant wait to do other things also. I bought turbo jam, I will alternate all that. my goal is to continue to exercise every day. I also want to continue to read you guys to stay motivated. gypsierose, there is almost no jumps in SI6 and I thing you will be able to adapt a lot of these exercises to get back in shape! see you around! |

| Hi everyone!
I'm done with week 5 can you beleave it? I missed two days intead of one because of a pain in an ankle. I'm ok now and I'm pump up and I had a very good 90 minutes workout! Idgy and chic, keep up, you can do it! It's really getting easier each week. I'm happy I have only one week to go in my first round. My legs and stomach are sooo strong and my husband is all over me... ;-) can't wait to see the statistics and pictures next week! | I am in my week 5, doing good, so far anyway.
everyday is a chalenge, but I am soooooo motivated to finish without cheating that I realy beleave in me this time. I can do push ups on my feet now! I feal so strong! tonight is my week 5 day 3! I'm proud of me ! |

| I took the pictures yesterday, and I do have results. I knew I had loose bodyfat but I can see it now, even I it does not show on the scale. (dont ask for them, nor ready yet...)
I'm starting week 5 today, I just finished, BIU is always a chalenge, I love it, it pushes me. I have reach a new level, I have neven been in that shape my hole life! I cant wait for my week off in two weeks to go jogging and see the difference. |

| idgystripes, I'm in Quebec, Canada not in France, but anyway, it's the same big fat pizza with lots of cheese... hummm
today is my last day of week for, only two to go. sorry to say that, but so far, the promises of extraordinary changes are not happening. I lost bodyfat and gain muscles, did not loose a pound. I'm a lot more tired and stiff in the muscles, I have a lot more energy but I need it because otherwise I could not do all the things I have to do now that I pass more than 6 hours a week doing lunges and plies... I've comited myself of doing two rounds of this before chistmas, and I will do it, but I might switch to something else after that is going to be less time consuming. hope to see results in pictures... |

| Hi everyone,
I offically cheated yesterday... did not do it... firts time in 4 weeks... it had to happen one day... once in a month is not to bad no? She is always telling us to listen to our body... well yesterday my body and mental health were both asking me to take a break, to eat pizza AND to drink wine... ;-) What can you do... I did SI6P this morning, will BIU tonight, no break tomorrow... :-( chic, for the cramping during the abs routine, it's going to go away pretty fast. just stick to it and do what you can, abs recover really fast. |

| Hi! just a word to tell you that the soreness is going to go, but try to do the work out anywat, just a few repetition is going to help you being less sore. Do a lot of stretching after, it helps a lot. Also, drink milk. Calcium, protein and magnesium are the secrets not to be sore again... it helped me a lot. I can feel that my muscles are a little tired, but it does not hurt!
I'm almost done with week 2! yay! I think I will take pictures this week end... |

I'm half way through in week 4! good job idgystripes, are you sore today? to answer your question, I think what they suggest is to do your wo in the morning. I do mine after work or at night. I just started this week to do the SI6P in the morning, it's only 10 minutes and it doubles my abs work. (that's what I need!) If you want to loose faster, eventualy, you can do SIU and SI6P in the morning and BIU at night! or the opposite. I may try that in my secon round. (I want to start it right after first round + 1 week off) Still no result on the scale... grrrr I'm afraid to loose my motivation because of that. I might take pictures and mesurements again this weekend to try to find some results! I'm going to go weigh myself on a scale with the % of bodyfat also... |

| Hello girls!
I'm now on week 4 day 3, still going! yay for me. My energy level have never been so high before! people are asking me how I find this energy at work! it's great! (I'm doing SI6P in the morning and BIU after work) Amy, dont feal bad if you dont see it on the scale. If you have a chance to use a scale that gives you your % of body fat, you will see it go down even if your actual weight is increasing. It's my case. I havent lost a pound yet, but I lost 8% of body fat. We are bulding muscles! good work on your first week! beautyquester, it's ok to follow your rythme. I was not sore after my start, I did SIU only once and RIU only the first week. I have been doing BIU since. I guess I was already strong, especialy my legs, from the jogging. Go for it! you can fo it this time! |

| I dont like to break it down, but sometimes, I stop the program before the abs section, that is to say that I dont do the yoga phase eather. I prefer the SI6P for the abs. This week, I'm trying to do SI6P in the morning, it's just 10 minutes and I feal that I already started my day in a good way. I may stop the program before the end tonight, but you dont do the yoga part, it's still important to do some stretching, otherwise you can have injuries or your going to be a lot more sore the next day.

good job amyjo! your first week is almost done! welcome to you idgystripes! It's true that the third part is an hour, but it goes fast. Today was my first time that I was able to do it all, without stopping, including the part on the floor. I can now make as many repetitions as she does, yay for me!!! good day! see you tomorrow! |

| So good to hear you girls talking like that. Today is the first time I dont follow though with this. I had a extra long day and I did not find the time to do it. I did the floor part of BIU and the SI6P, but it's not enough!

| amyjo, it's true that it's been only two weeks. I did not see results on the scale yet. not much on the mesurements eather. I feel more strenght, especialy in my legs and abs. I dont diet and I still drink wine... ;-) Also, I was already doing exercise before starting the program (jogging, hicking etc). I just started eating proteins, I will see if it helps. I dont expect miracles, but I can tell you for sure that I feal it's a good WO. I took pictures at the beginning, cant wait to compare them in 4 weeks... | |||
