Are you kidding me -  I can't seem to leave the bottle out of the picture on the weekends or after a very stressful day at work!  I totally feel you on this and have tried both minimizing my intake and altering my drink of choice (vodka tonic) with a "diet" tonic, to no avail.  It's hard to say no to a fun night out with the girls and to cocktail hour after a stressful day.  Sometimes I try going from a mixed drink to wine, then on to beer, and by that point my stomach is so upset I stop drinking. So far, that's the only thing that keeps me in line. ;) Then there's the other issue - attack of the late night munchies!

Wow good job everyone! Yesterday was my first full day of "clean" eating - yay! I'm on my way to #2. It was easier once I rid my cabinets of all the bad stuff and filled up on fresh produce. I haven't seen much in the way of weight loss yet but I'm hoping if I keep it up I'll see results eventually. Keep up the good work everyone!

How's everyone doing so far?

Yesterday was ok for me, except that I couldn't resist a piece of Pumpkin pie. The only saving grace was that I worked out and managed to keep my other meals under control.

I did ok yesterday and was only tempted by 4 small tootsie rolls (bah!) and a diet coke. I plan to be very strict today and meet my clean eating goal!

I'm with you! I work at an Interactive Ad Agency and the office is loaded with goodies. The minute I have one m&m (chip or bite of ice cream), I know I'm done for - you might as well consider the m&m bag gone because I'm going to inhale it. I don't know why but if I have one, I can't seem to stop! I've been looking to cut out sugar (most forms with the exception of natural) and think now is the perfect time.

My Stats:
Current weight: 119
Goal weight: 110

Age: 27

My goal is to completely cut out all unnaturally occurring sugars.

Let the clean eating begin!

I find what really helps me is eating 5 small meals a day. I'm satiated and never have hunger pangs! I break up my meals and try to eat the most during the day and save the smallest meal for dinner - which usually leaves me ravenous in the morning. But that forces me to eat breakfast and kick-start my metabolism!
