OMG. I doooo

 

I compare with my Mom. She is much smaller than I am. She doesnt have to gain weight but I try to like make her eat more than me. But since I am bulimic, i basically throw up my food and she still consumed it. SO my mom gains weight while I either lose or maintain.

 

I try to eat more to gain but then I freak myself out. I am 5'5 and 104 pounds. I want to be 115, but I get scared to put on a pound. UGH. I get so frustrated thinking that i would try harder the next day but my mind is so weak. =[

I THINK YOU SHOULD EAT MORE...if you havent gotten your period it is because your body weight is extremely low or you have a low body fat percentage and need to bring it up...So i am eating more now and i will hopefully get mine soon...Just hang in there!

I am also waiting for my period to come back..I havent had it since september 2006...OMG. It is extremely unhealthy. My doctor told me to reach 112 and from that weight it will take 6 months to start my cycle...OH BOY

Also, If your stomach feels bloated it is because of low estrogen....

its the estrogen! I have the same problem...Low estrogen produces weight gain in the belly...well bloating

Well My experience with food when i was younger was about enjoying food and loving the taste. I used to eat everything that i wanted. I remember when i was about 11 i baked cakes and cookies and i would eat like a huge slice of the cake and go right to bed. That was very unhealthy. I gained weight but i also grew 8 inches. So i guess that was my time of puberty. So when my mom noticed my weight gain she would tell me not to eat so late and make healthier choices but i didnt listen. So i was about 5'4 and 125 lbs. then i gained another 5 pounds. I began reading magazines like Prevention and I thought to myself and said that i was going to make healthier choices and not eat any fried/junk food at all. So i began to lose weight. When i noticed my weight loss n other peopl complimented on it, it all got to my head and i couldnt stop loosing. THat was the beginning of my Eating Disorder. but i would never starve myself i would just not eat alot. I am also very athletic so not eating alot and trying to workout is not going to be healthy.

So when i lost 30 pounds, i was very weak and i looked sick. People were talking about me and i didnt want to do anything with my friends anymore. Then i admitted to my parents that i was anorexic and they took me to a therapist.

I am now in recovery and i am doing well. i am currently 107 pounds. My goal weight is 115.

I use Calorie-count to help me know how many calories i am eating so i can reach my goal and so far it has been working out well for me.

I exercise as much as i can. I am a Baton Twirler, and twirl about 4-5 times a week for 90 minutes. I walk home from the bus stop so that is also alittle exercise.

I take in about 1500-1800 calories a day sometimes i eat about 2000 when i workout.

I am currently recovering from an eating disorder so i am eating more than my recommended amount.

i am also trying to recover from anorexia...But i think i am becoming bulimic...i overeat and then i throw up...it is mostly Candy, chips, and cereal...And it is becoming a big problem...I need to gain weight but i am sooo scared.

I have been trying to gain weight for the past 2 months. I used to weigh 129 but i lost 30 pounds and was underweight. So i am trying to get back to a healthy weight!!!!
