i actually dont have alot to complain about either im in good health now. on of the reasons that i gained the weight that i forgot to mention is that i had a few surgerys for staff infection and my body has been fighting it everysince. I have had staff a total of 10 times now and it hasnt been fun for one minuet to say the least. I just got over it again so i will be going back down its just when i have it i am unable to work out or i would give it to others and when im not in the gym i eat . but like i said im good now until i get it again that is. |

still here as is no one else but whenever people starting talking on here more ill get on here more. Ive been pretty wrapped up in the real world outside of fitness and had gained 50lbs back over for months or so i know thats terible but im back on track and have lost 20 of it again another 30 till i hit my goal of losing 100 total i was right there and let it slip away. dont you let that happen to you yeah ife is important but if your miserable and unhealthy it wont be important while your dead. live life to the fullest but live it outside doing stuff eating healthy and it will be more enjoyable for many years to come. hope to hear from the newbies and the regulars soon. miss you all hope you all have a great weekend |

well dawn i dont think that there are many of us that like the way our bodies look that is why we are here doing what we do losing the weight trying to get that perfect body ( for us) the reason that i am able to run that far is because i started my journey at 315 running less than 1/10 of a mile after that i was out of breath and feeling like i was dyeing. i started lifting weights and walking a little faster each day by .1 mile an hour before i knew it i was running at 6 mile an hour for a couple minuets and keep pushing to run a little longer each day. now im 242 but i have about 205 of pure muscle im around 20 % body fat i lift five days a week heavy weight and can run 12 mile an hour but it took alot of time and Patience to get to that point. when i started lifting i sucked but eventually i progressed. now i am one of the biggest in my gym and last Monday made one year that ive been on my journey. i plan on staying on this path and never going back to the fat weak me but even after all these transformations i still cant stand the way i look in the mirror even though those around me think i look good. so if i have one bit advice dont worry what you look like and keep trucking along cause there are people that are going to like you for who you are not who you want to be. sincerely, Jon |

hey all havnt been on in a while been real busy with school not counting to many calories right now just trying to get stronger and then cut weight at a later date ginny i love the dedication that you have i wish i could only keep up on here as well. rmoma i doubt ill be a pile of muscle but i hope that it is paying off. i am able to run a mile and a half now in about 15 minuets but i feel like my ribs are dying after. so i guess what they say is wrong a big man can run. im about 242 now but i feel really well i actually feel better than when i was 218 and a heck of a lot stronger. I ope to hear from you all very soon and hopefully i cant start back with you all.

jons here not much to say though nothing has changed but i went from benching 225 too 305 within 2 months that have passed that is a big difference |

hey there blj55 im still here to motivate you if you need the motivation jsut hit me up that goes for everyone. im doing great except for getting dumped 2 weeks ago. I done alot of emotional eating but believe it or not in 2 weeks ive lost an aditional 18 lbs im down to 220 thats 90 lbs lost. i hope to hear everyone elses progress soon |

hey all I'm sorry i haven't been on here in a long time. With getting a new girl friend due to a huge confidence boost from losing weight, the gym and work i have been really busy. Especially since she has a 1 year old but i love em both hard to keep up with though. As for weight loss I'm down to 238 that a total of 77 down I'm more energetic, loving and easier to be around according to my mom. I didn't go to the beach i chose to stay with my girl instead but i still got under the unreal goal that i had set and with 3 days to spare mind you. I hope everyone else is having such good luck and are meeting their goals head on. Oh yeah i also meet on of my other goals and that was to do a pull up i can do like 3 in a row now where Ive never been able to do even one. hooray me. ill talk to you all soon. |

well a couple of weeks ago i got staff infection for the fourth time on top of my heap sucks huh. It started out as a bug bite and it got scratched. well any who i went back to 267 but with strict diet and exercise im down to 253 and trying to lose 13 more by the time i go to the beach. this is the smallest ive ever been and im loving it i can finally buy cloths out of a regular store instead of going into the big and tall section. i hope to hope to hear from you all soon. well i dont know how everybody else is doing but im going ok i guess. I hurt my arm at work and havnt been able to lift weight in the last week. This is the first time ive had to stop going in the last 6 months. I have been doing more cardio and have lost 5 more pounds bringing me down to 257 which is the lowest that i have been since i was 13. yeah me. i hope t hear from some of you soon keep up the hard work. |

if your having trouble with plateau's then there are a few thing that you can do to overcome them. As rmama said you have to keep your body guessing. There are a number of weighs to do this like using bigger weights or doing alot more reps. Pushing yourself to do cardio longer each week helps. One of the easiest things that i know is drink alot more water and eat spicy food. Spicy food and water raises your metabolism. Everything that i eat has to have hot sauce i didnt use to like it and it burned my moth but now i cant eat without getting a good heat sweat going. I hope these tips help you out. Everybody else lets hear those warrior cries as we cross over towards our goals. |

dklingman i think yo umight be my cc twin in or as close as im going to get i started out at 315 though and dont do martial arts but i think there awsome and am going to sttart in the summer. do you have any advice or questions ask or tell either or.

its good to hear Rmama i cant believe you are up to using 50lbs and doing reps with it im astonished. When i go to the gym i see all these girly girls lifting the 5lbs dumbells and acting like it is heavy and strenuous when you barely see them sweat. Im glad that you intend to use that treadmill and hope you keep on chuggin along |

hey since i last logged in ive lost another 6 lbs thats right im down more than 14 in about 9 days but im doing it healthy so dont worry. im getting my 1800 calories a day in. IM just burning like 5000 a day im up to drinking 140 ounces of water a day about 4.5 liters of water or like a gallon and a half a day. Bqueen- lets get to that challenge im definatly down for it you make it ill take it. Rmama- im so glad you got the treadmill just dont let it become a coat rack use it for motivation i know you can reach your goals. And on another note how is you lifting going i would like to know what exercise's you are doing these days and if youve uped the weight any. Well i had a goal of i believe 20 lbs by may 25 but im almost there so im setting my goal to 35 that will put me dawn to 240 a new low. In a good way. Since in 9th grade i went from 215 to 315 yeah thats right i gained 100 lbs i want to get it all off too. right now im lowere than when i was 14 and it feels ok not great until i reach that finish line and learn never to gain it back again. To all you out there i didnt say hi to hello and as joe dirt says keep on keepin on peace out hommies. |

no im on my own so called beach body diet i invented it i eat fish and turkey, fruits and vegetables . On my cheat day that i have once a week i can have chicken or steak with a starch and some carbs but it is working i weighed myself this mourning and was down 11 in 5 days. |

well going back on my strict beach body diet i have lost 8 lbs this week i know its not water weight cause i lost that months ago at the gym so yeah me. Turkey fish turkey fish man meals for the nexxt two months but at least their foods that i like. |

Hey bqueen i think that a challenge would be the perfect way for every body to reach their goals we couuld split it up into teams and do our own biggest loser type deal, which is on tonight at 8. I think that i participated in some of your other challanges and would love to have that as motivation not to cheat. Count me in for sure. |

Hello all checking in and saying hey especially to bee queen since we havnt saw her in forever. to all the new comers stick with it and rmama where have you been lately. I just got a job it sucks its at mcdonalds for now until i get a graphic design job this summer. I bought two pounds of fish one pound of steak and 3 pounds of ground turkey the jennie-o kind and portioned it out for my diet. I think i have it down to a sience turkey 3 days a week fish 2 days and steak once a week as a luxury. all the portions are around 3-4 ounces i figgure with fruits veggies and cereal granola cereal that is i should lose 20-40 pounds by the time i go to myrtle beach in june. any tips suggestion or questions just ask or comment. |

| I think my working out is being hindered by my body. I keep getting head colds that put me out of comission for a while. The soreness and the fatigue i can handle but i hate getting sick so often. WHen i was FATer i never got sick mabey once in three years. Know i get ear aches and sinus infections all the time. This might be due to the fact that i over train and dont give my body enough time to recover. does any one else have that kind f problem. | |||

well im actually going to give up my junk food that means no chips and dip nachos and cheese candy bars or anything. Im actually going to go at this diet thing that i got off of at christmas a 100%. does anyone have any great health food suggestions. Last time i got sick of eating fish and peas every day. any suggestions will be appriciated

i jsut found something out that made me mad my scale is of by 12 lbs it has been saying im 272 and i was weighted at the doctors office and im 260 so im happy about that but mad that my scale dont work. This means when it said that i was 260 i was like 248 or something.
