| try zigzagging your calories, like 800 one day, 1600 the next, 1100 the next, 1700 the next. It might kick start things again, maybe try for a week or so to see if it can help. | |||

| I religiously stayed between 1500 and 1600 calories for 4 weeks and didn't lose a pound! Then I started zigzagging, and I started melting off the weight. I don't work out either (unless you count a 2 year old that is all boy!) and I lost 7 pounds in 8 days. No kidding. | |||

I've found that even dropping down to 1500 calories for four weeks didn't help me (that's from 2500, maintaining weight for 3 years at 200 pds.) In those four weeks, I didn't lose a single pound. This week I tried "zigzagging". One day is a down day, and you eat a substantially lower amount of calories (this number depends on the person, I had 520 calories on down day using the shakes and making sure I took my vitamins). Then the next day, you eat anything you want, in moderation, not going over your high calorie figure (again, mine is 2500). Because I'm working hard at this, I'm not going crazy and having chocolate cake on an up day, but I don't stress over every thing I put in my mouth either. I've read that this keeps your body guessing so to speak, so you never get used to a certain amount of calories, and you don't go into starvation mode because you have your up days. I've lost three pounds already. And I feel like I have to really try for one day, then the next is a new day and no real calorie counting. I feel great! |

| actually, the butter to hot sauce ratio is simply 1 to 1. When I mix the batch, it keeps in the fridge, and I use it all week. I guess I wasn't clear...I'm not dumping 1/4 c sauce on that chicken! Just enough to coat it. I can get quite a few servings out of that one batch. Hope ya'll like. I know I do. | |||

| I found the following information at http://calorielab.com/brands/parkay-spray/2/2 006554, and there it said that for an 8 oz. serving, it was 0 calories. How do you know what to believe on the calorie counting sites then? And where else would you go to find out calorie information? I also go to nutrition data.com I'm new to this and would appreciate the information. Thanks! | |||

| we eat ALOT of venison. How do I determine calorie count for the roasts, sausage and ground meat (the sausage and ground is like 70/30 because they have to add fat from either cow (ground) or pig (sausage) or it would be too dry. Help! | |||

| I don't know if you have access to it, but we eat ground venison for everything. It makes incredible taco meat! I'll take two of the hard tacos that Walmart puts out and fill them with the ground venison taco seasoned meat, lettuce, tomato, 1 tsp of fat free sour cream and you've got a great meal! I probably have this 3-4 times a week. It sure beats the turkey sandwich I usually have. | |||
