| I have the same problem. I have cut down my fat intake considerably. Increased water to more than 60 oz a day and increased veggies. My body just doesnt want to be regular anymore. I only go about twice a week. Its very frustrating and discouraging. | |||

| I try to log as much as I can. But on days when my meals are average and I already know what the count is I don't bother. I have been doing the cabbage soup diet for the last few days so I haven't been logging in at all. The soup is so low in calorie and when you get to the other allowed food you cant even eat that much. I scribble what I eat in a food journal for accountability but not really sure what the total calorie count is. | |||

| I wish there was an easier way. Calorie counting and maintaining a reasonable amount of foods and well balanced diet. You cant eliminate all the stuff you love because you will end up binging. Good luck | |||

| I know what you are saying. The worst for me is if I try to have one fun sized snickers I cant stop myself from having like 5 or 10 more. I find if you keep busy and you stay away altogether the cravings are easier to handle. | |||

| I hear you. Cereals with more fiber and protein will keep you satisfied longer than reeses peanut butter puffs or cookie crisp or cinammon toast crunch |

| Hi everybody. I am new to calorie counting, dieting. I started trying to live healthier sept 4. I put on about thirty pounds since I had my baby boy who is now 3 years old. I have lost about 10 lbs since I started. Tomorrow I weigh in after a one week cabbage soup diet thing. I love the website but havent used the forums much. | |||

| You seem to be doing a great job on your own. Keep it up. Diet pills are extremely overrated. I've tried a few in the past and wont do it again. They can make you jittery, cause mood swings and some of them can make you poop too often. Good luck. Give peas a chance and other veggies |

| If you have the time. If you get 1.5 cups of unsalted roasted peanuts and put them into a mini chopper and add a little bit of oil (like flax seed oil or vegetable) add a packet of splenda or stevia. You will have a great batch of peanut butter. My three year old loves it and he never used to eat pb and J. Keep it in the fridge since it doesn't have all the preservatives. I love your rants. | |||

Well, the headaches are better. But I did sneak a cup yesterday when my friend came over. I am having a hard time with the night snacking. I get sooo hungry. I have read in websites to drink more water or serve yourself a big bowl of lettuce and eat until your full. My problem is the cravings for the chocolate, chips, brownies, cereal and the like. I have a three year old and we keep some of this stuff as treats for him. Its hard not to treat myself. |
