Hi You love your sweets. You will need to eat as well. You can not give up. With my system you do not need to cut down any thing. Enjoy your sweets and other foods as well. But it will take time but you will have permanent weight loss. Drink 3 glasses of plain water first thing in the morning with a gap of 15 minutes between each glass of water. No liquid with your meals or any time afterwards. That means no milk, tea, coffee, juices, water or any other liquids. Start water thing (3 glasses with 15 minute gap) 1 hour before each meal. Do not drink water or any other liquids rest of the day. So you are drinking 9 glasses of water a day. That is perfect. You muscles will be envy of the city. But it all may take about 1 year. |

When I got married about 17 years back my breath used to smell. I did every thing. Mouth wash, tooth paste and other things. The breath smell of my wife was also not good. My kids the same story. Then when I was studying on various health issues in last 3 years. I learnt about water cure. I found none in our family has bad smelling breath after few days. then I decided that I will not use tooth paste or brush. I followed the routine for 6 months. There was no smell. There was no bad impact on teeth. Today I do brush my teeth without tooth paste or any other thing. But that is extra caution. At 45 I have perfect teeth. Perfect enamel. I eat lot of sugar, sweets, cold, hot. No problems at all. Search the internet for floride. All tooth paste have floride. Most have some mild acids as well - they are whitening elements. All the procedures on tooth result into weaker enamel. I have my own water cure system. If you can hold drinking water for 4 to 5 hours after a meal and then drink 3 to 5 glasses of water with a gap of 15 minutes each, I can send you detailed instructions on your email address. You can reduce your weight drastically without punishing yourself. |

Hi What is your weight. If you are full of energy as well and of average weight it is perfectly all right. People eat 1500 calories and convert only 600 calorie. If you are eating 800 and converting all then you are much better than others. |

Late night snacks or any time craving can be easily managed. In normal course one will feel cravings when there is lack of energy. Regular cravings means one lacks energy all the time. It does not mean that is person should then start eating more. Cravings in such a situation means - A person is not getting the energy that is available in the food that he is eating. By drinking 3-5 glasses of water before each meal one can get rid of all cravings in 1-2 months time once for all. |

Hi Brushing using tooth paste is no good. I do not use tooth paste at all. It contains toxics. Try using plain brush without anything. That is best for tooth health. Natural acids take care of the whiteness, shine and health of tooth enamel. I have tried various options for 3 years. Final conclusion is tooth paste and all other things available are useless. If some one is worried about bad smell, let me clarify that bad smell can not be managed by anything other then good digestion. When you smell bad that is message to you from your body that some thing is wrong. You can correct the problem in less then 48 hours. But if you do not take timely action, then you have all other problems.

Hi I think there is way out. Working out for loosing weight is not necessary. By working out we burn more than we eat. So you are always dragging yourself. All life. Whenever you miss you are back to where you were and much more. Think again you are eating less and burning more. In this method you are always punishing yourself. By practice you can start enjoying this punishng system. After all people enjoy snake bites, pricks etc. If you think punishing yourself is necessary do what you feel like. Now consider eating same quantity but using it to produce more energy (better digestion). That extra energy will force you to burn more. That will not work as drag on you. You will be like a child - bubling with energy and jumping and laughing all day with your new found energy. In this you are always playing all your life. You will have the best body and soul. Accoding to me to get the maximum out of your meal - you should not drink any water or other liquids with or after meals. You should drink 3-4 glasses of water before each meal with a gap of 15 minutes each. After last glass of water wait for 30 minutes before taking meals. You will never get overweight. You will always be young. You will never die. No disease. |

I have a very simple method for weight reduction. One can eat what one feels like for 4 days a week and then watch for what one eats for rest of the 3 days. Weight redution is without starving yourself. Simple do not drink water or any other liqud except on empty stomach. Do not lie down during day. Drink 8 to 12 glasses of water. Maintain a gap of 15 minutes between 2 glasses of water. Divide the water intake into 3-4 lots morning 3-4, afternoon 3 and evening 3 to 4. No water to be taken with meals or shortly afterwards. Avoid tea, cola, coffee etc.
