Ok, I'm 5'2 my gw is 140lbs. My current weight is 168lbs. I want to be down to 140 by the end of Jan.

Jim, you have to front load your calories. You have to eat more in the morning. Try to eat atleast 400 calories within the first hour you wake up . This is the hardest for me to do. Also make sure you eat lots of protein and lots of little snacks through out the day. You should never feel hungry.
BUT just think. YOU LOST 50LBS already. Your doing something right. Stay strong!!!!!! |

| I know women are suggested never to intake less then 1200 calories a day. If you restrict yourself too much you are more likely not to keep it off. If you were only eating 600-900 calories a day your body might be needing more food. Once you took in more calories it held onto it because it doesn't know if there will be more food to come. | |||
