Thanks for the kind words dovelette!!  I really appreciate it.  I would LOVE to do a 5k someday, but man, though I'm the closest I guess that I've ever been, it still seems like lightyears away!

I could use a group like this!  The big day for me is just over three months, on October 3rd!

Anything I can lose in that time would be great... I don't really have a set goal.

That's exactly how I am!!  So actually last week I had my boyfriend hide the scale from me... I'm gonna be weighing in July 1st though, so hopefully I'll see a nice drop to keep me motivated for the next time in mid-July!

It's getting warm out, & I want to wear some shorts by the end of summer w/o completely cringing everytime I pass a mirror, or even a person!  I want to feel confident!  By the end of May, I wanna have the sub200 mark in view, one that I will never have to be excited about again!

Well, I wasn't around last week to weight in, my bad, but here's a catch up...

 

Two weeks ago= 215.5

Today= 211!

 

Yay, down 4.5 pounds for two weeks!   I hope I can keep up this progress!!

 

As for mini goals, I want to be at maybe 208, 207 for Halloween, then by the New Year to feel & look amazing at 190 or lower!  Hope I can make it!

My motivation would be that I want to feel good in my costume for Halloween, so I want to lose a few inches and pounds!!  I want to feel confident!

Hi guys,

Well, I lost two pound it says right now... although, I do have a pretty full tummy from the meal I just ate, so I feel amazing about that!  Anything following the downward trend makes me feel fantastic!

Start=230

Last Week=218

Today=216

17 more pounds until my short term goal!!!
