1.hmm it seems like alot of us who are on here hwo are veggies have seem to be carbitarians too. like, do not eat meat(a course) but seem to eats lots of bread and sweets. a good assumption or wrong? 2.i agree. its very important to bring up your children on good choices of food esp. not putting animal cacuses in their body(sorry i put it that way but its true...). i have nothing at all against people who eat meat but its for the chicken's sake, jee. lol. 3.you know i never wouldve thought that breast milk is vegan. why is it? any articles? would a mother eating her own placenta be vegan too? (sounds really yucky but people do it to bring the nutrients that childbirth took away, back into their bodies)hmm. interesting topic. i'm not vegan but id like to know. |

| ohhh i know how you feel shoefkouribo....i wasn't brought up as a carbitarian, actually the opposite on steams and veggies and tofu and tempeh and yogurt but lately (meaning since i had the power to get money and go to the store) unless i try reaaally reaaally hard, it's my staple. and it just boggles my mind. i dont need to eat bread and spaggetti and chips and soda and candy and crap but thats what i crave. and i'm not really one to stifle my cravings too much. it's not fun. i love love love (and one more for good measure) love that healthy yummy veggie food, but it takes discipline...something i need alot more of. | |||

you know, i haven't shopped much since i put on 10-15 in the past year (well that's a lie-i have but clothes never fit right) but since i started dieting or starting my 'lifestyle change' as someone who doesn't like the word dieting told me-almost 3 weeks ago WOOHOO!- i think ive lost about 5 pounds and dropped a size? i bought a pair of size 8 jeans a little bit before or just as i started being healthy, from Express and it fit sooo well i was surprised. But now they're big?! yay! ...i guess. minus the fact that $50 i spent on them is kinda down the drain. so Gap fits well? i havent tried them recently but i guess its different for most people. its hard for me to find jeans, i guess cus i'm so (heehee) ethnic. i get kind of irritated at jeans that dont fit. i must have like 10 pairs or something in my closet, sheesh. if only they all fit...they range from a size 4 when i was smaller just two years agoo and from gap actually to a size FUNNY. i think those never fit me properly, lol. oh jeans. Us women and our jeans. huh. jejeje |

So, I'll go First... I am vegetarian and just as I was born into my religion (Sikh) I was born a vegetarian. I couldn't think of any other way to live. Just a couple weeks ago I went to Taco Bell and was eating a seven layer crunch wrap (with no sour cream of course because it has gelitan, ew, horse hooves) and of course I ordered no meat but I guess I trust too much because after I was almost halfway through I noticed there was (are you ready?) CHICKEN in it! My pops had ordered one too at the same time I did and because he used to eat meat he knew what was what I guess so he noticed in the first couple bites, but didn't tell me (we had went our seperate ways by the time we ate ours). I don't think I got sick or any thing, but I'm sure that my intestines plead otherwise. Poor Chickens. So that was yucky, and it happened because the Taco bell lady didn't listen and I didn't check. Shows ya that caution is needed when you're a VEG! |

Thank, you, Thank you ladies... I dont actually have too much salt or caffiene but I bet jenna's suggestion is right. You know I really TRY to drink more than 50 ounces and most days I do, but it's so hard. I gulp it down quick, my belly's full and then in the next half hour I have to pee like 3 times in a row, lol. Most days I have two 32 ounce cups sometimes les, sometimes more, but I find it really annoying to have to pee so much. Haha that just sounds so funny... |

yeah, i am 19 and 150 lbs. If i were 40 I'm pretty sure that I'd be totally happy with the size 8/10 that i am now, but me being as young as i am, i would be so much happier and feel so much healthier if i was a lesser weight and had more muscle mass. I know this, beacause i was so healthy and a size four just two years ago and didnt appreciate i guess, because i let myself go. I wanted to be even thinner, but stopped working out, and started eating more. Right now i'm pretty self conscious in shorts and so much more in a bathing suit. I just want to be healthy and for my age and height 135-140 is perfect. |

Hey so it seems that most people on here are pretty skeptical about it , as am I, but my pops has been using it for as long as they've had it and he has a really bad circulation problem on his feet(they're purple) for a couple years now and it seems to be getting better in just the two weeks theyve had it. It is noisy, but not too bad. its about the sound of a blender. My parents dont have the 10000 dollar one that madonna has nor the chaep 300 dollar one they bought thiers for 2000. And about helping strenthen muscles, i do believe it works because it tightens the muscles and ive found out that that helps. :D |
