Mayo or foods made with mayo ie coleslaw, potato salad etc. Milk, I haven't had a glass of milk since I was about 10 and forced to drink it. I do like ice cream and frozen yogurt though. Italian food except pizza. Liver and Lima Bean my moms favorite food. Corned Beef and Cabbage. I can't even take the smell of it cooking. BBQ Sauce. Cheesecake. Stewed Tomatoes or cooked Peppers. Olives of any kind. Water Chestnuts. |

| I eat a 3 oz salmon 5 days a week at work with whatever vegetable we are serving that day or a dry salad. My calories for lunch are about 220 calories and I don't think you could do better for such a healthy meal. In fact when I first started eating salmon I didn't particularly like it but figured that it was low in calories compared to what I would normally eat. Now I love it. | |||

| Hi Sarah. When I weighed 117 my lowest ever, most size 2's were big on me. Was128, I wish I wore a small or medium size shirt. I usually wear a large even at 130. I was a competitive swimmer for years growing up and have a very broad back and shoulders. | |||

I eat most of calories in the evening. For breakfast I have a slimfast shake on mornings I don't work out but most mornings I work out and I have a wheat bagel scooped out with fat free cream cheese and a slice of deli ham on it. I love it. For lunch I have 3 oz. of grilled salmon and whatever vegetable we are serving that day or a dry salad. I am a restaurant manager. Dinner can be anything as long as I stay within 1600 and I leave room for fat free frozen yogurt. |

| I love musicals. I have a lot of favorites depending on my mood. I listen to Rent when I do cardio. I love A Chorus Line, Camelot, Phantom of the Opera and Sunset Boulevard. I've seen them all on stage as well as Wicked which I thought was great. | |||

| Hi there, I know exactly what you are talking about. I am 5'7" and 130 at the moment. My goal weight is 123. In my 20's I got up to 199 lbs probably more but that was when I felt I had lost some weight and was able to face getting on the scale. I went on a diet and exercise program of my own making and lost about 80 lbs over a years period. I gained some weight back when I hit 40 and have been counting calories mostly since then. I too get the why do you want to know how many calories are in whatever it is I am thinking of eating you are thin. I get the why are you on a diet, why do you work out every day. I just tell them so that I remain thin and fit. I too have loose skin in a couple of spots that luckily for me are only seen by my husband. It doesn't bother me too much because I know what I looked like before. Exercise helps. I would speak to a trainer before I went to a surgeon but after that if it still bothers you have the surgery. | |||

Check out this website, calories per hour. http://www.caloriesperhour.com/tutorial_ideal .html It has several formulas for calculating what your ideal weight is, as well as how long it will take to reach your goal weight. I choose the healthier formula because I have been this weight and it was maintainable and I felt that I looked good. | I am 5'7" and weighed 130 today. My goal weight is 123 ish. At 130 I don't look my best. I know because I weighed between 122 to 125 all through my 30's. I have a small frame and those extra 7 lbs. make a huge difference for me. I will try and post a picture of me at 120 size 4. Your goal is not unrealistic. Good luck and go for it. | |||

| My highest weight was 199. I think I hit the 200 mark but wouldn't get on the scale until I felt that I had lost some weight. I was 29 or 30. I lost about 80 lbs and kept them off all through my 30's. When I hit 40 I started gaining weight again and have been dieting on an off since then. I am 45 5'7" small frame and 131lbs. My goal weight is 123 which was a comfortable weight for me to maintain in my 30's. | |||
