vklamorick. Hi, I try to ride my bicycle everynight. Sometimes I can't but I do it at least 3 to 4 times a week. I usually ride about 45 minutes. Which when I measured how far I was riding, it is 5.4 miles. I bounce between 1500 cals and 1700 cals a day. Of course the weekends are alot harder. Thanks for your help. Just went back and checked and I came on this site back on Sept. 11, 2007 and I weighed 240 and I weighed this morning and I am at 234. Yahhhh me, I got frustrated because last week I stayed at 236 and my week went by and I was still at 236. Guess it was water. Thanks again for the support.

Hi, just got back online from the weekend. Sorry to hear about your dad Ginny. I know that things can be tough especially having to wait so long for a funeral. Hope that things get better for you. My weekend went awful. My parents came into town and I ATE too much. I think I did about 3000 cals on saturday and about the same on Sunday. Can someone answer a question for me. I see several people on here that weight about the same thing that I do. I weight 226 and I am 5 foot 3 inches. I try to keep my cals about 1500 a day. I see that others on here are higher. I have a desk job but I try to ride a bike or walk at night. Are my cals to low? Kristi

Thanks everybody for the warm welcome. Just got home a little while ago. Meetings tonight. They served supper and I just got a glass of water to tide me over till I got home to eat my nutritious delicious meal. LOL. I was very proud especially since the dessert table would have been a great thing to just live on. Anyhow came home and ate supper like a good girl. Stuck to my 1500cals for the day. I love cottag cheese so I will have to get some when I go grocery shopping. Thanks for that tip PJ. Well friday is almost here and hope that everyone has a great weekend. My parents are coming into town so we should be pretty busy all weekend. Hope that everyones friday is great . |

| Hi, I would love to join everybody. My name is Kristi and this dieting stuff can be a hard thing to do when you have a husband and children that seem to be able to eat whatever they want and never gain a pound. Anyhow I am 5 foot 3 and I currently weigh 236. I started dieting back in january and my beginning weight was 257. I strayed from my diet for several months and gained back to 243 and almost couldn't button my pants again. So here I am dieting again. I would love to get to at least 150. I weighed that about 15 years ago and i looked great at that size. So that is my goal. CC says that my calorie intake should be about 1600 a day. I have stuck to that all week but boy am I craving some onion rings. AAAHHHHH, ok now I feel a little better. I have only eaten about 551 calories for today. Anyhow look forward to talking to everybody. | |||

| Hi, in December of 2007 I wore a size 24 pants and my bra size was a 42DDD. On December 28, 2007 I had breast reduction surgery. The reason being was because even when I was a size 14/16, (15 years ago) My bra size was a 40DD. So I had the reduction and guess what was hiding under all those boobs? LOL, it was a stomach that was huge and I could never see it. Use to I could lose weight and you would never know it because my boobs were so big. Now the boobs are gone and I am hope that with my counting calories and exercise will make me look better and you hopefully can tell that I lose weight. I am not suggesting that you do the same. My current weight is 236, I am 5'3.5" in height and I would love to be 150. I love my breast reduction and I would do it all over again. I have never had perky breast until after the breast reduction. Surgery may not be the best for everyone but it sure helped my back and I seem to have more energy. Good luck. | |||

Hi, I quit smoking with chantix back on November 6, 2006. I started back dieting at the end of January 2007. I started losing a little weight for a couple of months and then I kind of gave up and quit exercising. I just recently started back dieting and have lost 4 pounds in 3 weeks. I just had to set my mind back to it. When my pants started geting tight I knew it was time to do it. I have not started back smoking, so that is the good thing. Since January I have lost only 23 pounds. I know that you can do it. The way that I thought of it is "I know that I can do this, I quit smoking and that was a major thing". Good luck and Congratulations on quitting.
Also, what helped me quit, besides the chantix. I ate alot of Altoids peppermints and (LOL) cut a plastic drinking straw the length of a ciggerette and would close my eyes and pretend. LOL, I know that sounds crazy but it worked. |

| Thanks, I take her with me when I go walking. She is 4 years old and I have to go a little slower when she goes but i let her take her bike and she rides along beside me. There is a park that we do stop at, just by luck. I live in a tiny little town in south georgia. We don't have a stop light and we think we are something special because we have a convenience store. LOL. We are a small town and we love it. Thanks for all the input. | |||

Hi my name is Kristi. My highest weight has been 274 right after I had my little girl and that was 4 years ago. I am currently at 236. My lowest weight has been 165 and that was when I was 19. I was always an overwieght little girl. I got up to 200 then went on a diet and lost down to 165 and kept it off for 2 years until I got pregnant with my sonat which point that started my climb up to 274. I need to lose this weight because I feel like a pig and pictures of me look awful. I hate to have my picture taken. I look so big. |

| Hi, my name is Kristi and I just love this club. I have read alot on here and definately think that I could benefit from being on here with you all. Maybe we can all help each other. I guess that I will telll you a little about myself. I am 33, married, have two kids and live in Georgia. I started this diet back in January after I had a breast reduction. I started out weighing 254. I am 5' 3.5" short. My motivation has not been good. I started out with a bang and took off running but as time goes by you want a little something sweet and before you know it your eating the whole cake. LOL.. Anyhow I am now at 236. I started on this website about 2 weeks ago and I love it. It is very addicting. I would love to be at 150 pounds. Anyhow I hope to get some help, help someone else and maybe make a few friends along the way. | |||

Hi, I drink about 2 litre's of water a day. Some days a little more and some a little less. I drink about 1 soda a day. I only live a mile from my job but it is hard for me to just walk to and from work due to the fact that I have a little girl that goes to daycare and I can't make her walk like that early in the morning and late afternoon. That is why I will go walking or bicycling in the early evening. My husband works a split rotation shift so I can only walk or bicycle about 3 or 4 times a week for 2 two weeks out of the month. We he is on day shift I go can walk or bicycle every evening. |

| Thanks, I appreciate all the help that I can get. I know that i can do it. I have done it before. I lost like 85 pounds and kept it off for 2 years but then got pregnant and packed it back on. It seems so much harder now. I feel like I don't eat alot and my stomach is constantly growling and i am hungrey.. What are some really low calorie foods that i can snack on? Ok, now I am confused because when I did the calorie thing at the beginning it said that I needed to have like 2150 calories a day and then I dropped it down some from there. But thanks for the advice. I appreciate it. I will go back and look at what I did wrong. Thanks |

Hi, I am currently taking the Hoodia pills. They seem to work some with apetite control. The bottle says to take 2 pills 20 minutes before each meal. I only take two a day. Once at lunch and once before supper. They do seem to curb my appetite. The ones that i take are little black pills. I have recently thought about taking the Total Fat Flush, but mainly I wanted that for a colon clense type thing. Anyhow let me know how it goes. Kristi

| Hi, my name is Kristi and I am new. I just started on this site today. I am definately a Binge eater. I think that I do it because I say to myself "I am going to start this diet in the morning and I am going to eat what i want to today". Then I eat and eat. The next day I get up and say i will start in the morning and do it all over again... It is awful, I am really obese and need to get through this. I know that i can lose weight because I stopped smoking 10 months ago and that was really hard. Now if I could do better about eating. Is anyone else like that? I snack all the time. Night time is the worst. I eat supper, then I may eat a carb smart ice cream bar, a moon pie, a bowl of cereal or some cheese. Maybe even a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. It is awful, then I goto bed miserable. Boy I hope that this website will help me, I am in desperate need of it. I am a sweet-a-holic. I can do without regular food but gorge on sweets. HELP!!!! | |||
