Hi all,
Had a very early session at the gym this morning before work - and it was hard going today - I really struggled!And unfortunately this cold weather seems to be increasing my appetite! hows everyone one doing? |

Hi all, Hope you're having a good weekend! It was my first Saturday in ages when I havent been trying dresses on and I've missed it - its so much fun!! Have been looking at the cost of string quartets for the ceremony - my fiance likes the idea but it seems so expensive. Anyone else doing this? |

Hi all! Great to see so many responses and glad theres lots of brides to be out there!Hopefully we can give each other some encouragement towards our big days - I am guessing it can get quite stressful. I found 'THE DRESS' at the weekend. Now just need to get 'THE BODY' to fit it it! Keep in touch! |

Hi I'd like to join. I am currently 176, went up to 198 earlier this year, plus I am getting married next year so I really want to slim for the wedding. I'd really like to lose 25lbs and need to supportive group to help me get there.

Hi all, Looks like its been a bit quiet on here lately. I had a great hol - my boyf of 11years proposed! So now I really need to get cracking on the weight loss as I have to get into a wedding dress - eck! Hope you're all ok.

hi all, Off on my holidays tomorrow - hurrah! too late now for last minute dieting - but at least went to the gym this morning for a decent workout. Am treating myself to a spray tan - have heard it can make you 6lbs lighter - and I will try anything. Will log-in once i'm back! Be good all. x |

Canuck - have a wonderful holiday - just enjoy yourself. You've worked really hard so just make the most of that holiday. Did a gentle session at the gym - low intensity 35 mins cardio. Got to get back into it slowly! hi Laurabutterflies (what a great login name!) |

Hello Dreamer! It definitely helps having people to talk/ confess to - it helps me - even though the weight is coming off really slowly for me. Didnt manage the pool today so am determined not to eat anything bad today. Am keeping away from the goodies table at work (currently has shortbread, toffees and chocolates on it). I must resist!! Hi guys, Hurt my back in the gym just over a week ago and hadn't been able to do a thing until this morning. was so annoyed becuase the weight was finally starting to move and then havent been able to do anything to shift some more Started back the the pool with the gentle swim this morning - feels very pathetic compared to the gym! |

Hi all. Hows it going? I hurt my back inthe gym so have been completely out of action for the last week and a half so am avoiding the scales for a bit. Finally got back to the gym today witha gentle swim (40 lengths). Am hoping my back improves soon! |

Had my session with my trainer this morning and have pull something in my back! Damn :-( really hurts and just knwo that means a few days off gym. Hope you're having better success today than me!

Thanks LadyEliz. Am back for anther gym session, my trainer has assured me it'll be hard - oh joy! Can't stop know though. Four week til holiday and am determined to lose more if I can. |

Hi all, Went for a swim this morning and beat my last time - 70 lengths in 30 minutes! Hurrah! (Last time 60 lengths in 30 mins). Have my weigh-in tonight and really hoping it'll be good. Trying to be extra good so couscous for lunch. Canuck- hope you're having a better day. |

Canuck - don't do it!!! It won't taste as good as you imagine - always a dissapointment. You'll be more proud of yourself for resisting. I nearly got tempted by an amazing looking carrot cake yesterday - and was really proud with myself for saying 'no'! |

Hi, am definitely in for this one - Age:28 Starting Weight: 198 Current Weight: 191 Goal Weight: 150 Biggest Motivating Factor(s): To see myself looking good in clothes and not to feel like the 'fat girl' when out with my friends! Biggest struggle(s): Food! I am a really foodie, and portion control is my hardest discipline. Oh, and wine. Miscellaneous Weight Loss Tips: Am currently combining weights (resistance) with cardio. Also trying the 'run' for a few minutes at a time on the treadmill - and finding it hard! |

Hi all. Was back in this morning for another hard session with the trainer, when I woke up my thighs and stomach muscles were already hurting! Think I will treat myself to a lie in tomorrow! Trying really hard to be god - have resisted all the cake and chocolates at work this week (at first!) so feeling quite pleased. How has everyones week gone? |

Wow canuck - three weeks where are you off to? Had a weigh in with my trainer - 1.5lbs down since last week :-) not much but at least its the right way. Had a really hard session this morning - hoping its going to make some difference. Am back again tomoro! |
