No, not really.  Maybe a slight tenderness when I'm doing things, like lunges, that put a lot of stress on the knee.   But nothing that warrents taking medication for.  I'll be 30 in (ugh!) a month, so I'll ask my doc about it when I go in for a check up.  I haven't had any injuries, just 2 pregnancies...and a lot of extra weight :o)  Do you have pain with yours?

I adore coffee.  I, too, enjoy half and half, but have decided to use it only on occassion.  I use 2% milk very regularly and enjoy it.  I cannot however, use soy or splenda! It just takes all enjoyment out of it.  But then again, I only have 3 cups, maximum, a day.  I am having to get creative when I visit Starbucks.  Too bad that I love the Pumpkin Spice Latte so much...! Undecided

It is set up as a circuit.  Everything is in a big circle, you go from lower body machine to recovery board (were you jog or march) and then upper body machine, recovery board and so on.  There's music and you are in a group setting.  An announcer comes on over the music to tell you when to switch places.  There is a stretch area for before or after workout.  And you have monthly weigh in's and measuring.  I really enjoyed Curves while I was there, unfortunately , my body just got used to the workouts (over 2 yrs) and wasn't responding anymore.

Gosh, I hope mine doesn't! I have heard that certain brands can cause you to gain more than others.  I believe that it has to do with the amount of estrogen in your particular pill. I could be mistaken though...anyone else have any insight on this?

I joined Curves after my first son was born, he's 5 now.  I lost the baby weight quickly and was very happy with the results.  I wasn't an exerciser before the pregnancy.  I did hit a plateau after about a year and a half of going  though.  No matter how much I did the machines and dieted, I wasn't losing any more.  After the birth of my second son, he's 16mos, Curves did nothing for me.  I didn't lose any weight...and only a few inches.  So I quit.  I believe that your body just gets used to the same exercises over and over, and then you stop seeing results.  However, I did enjoy my time there and it was a great place for me to be introduced to exercise.

I am staying within my calorie range (unless I go to Starbucks and it bites me in the butt!) and just being active anytime I can.  I have 2 young sons, so the active part is not an issue.  I am also enjoying the exercises I've found on this site. Laughing

When I get that gnawing feeling, and I know that I am not hungry, I have a cup of hot tea(with either 1tsp of honey of sugar) and it helps a lot!

I watched the premiere as well. I was shocked at some of the weight loss numbers! One man lost 26lbs, the most ever in the history of Biggest Loser...the only thing I can figure, is they had a lot of water weight to lose...but it still seems like a lot!
