Congrats! Your daughter is beautiful. I did notice something though on that website that was a bit upsetting to me though, under the 2 and 3 year old category they put Alivia Davis as comical...I think that is kind of rude. Anyone else agree with me or am I just being overly critical?

I'm at 103 now! :) I think that was my goal? Haha. I actually would like to lose a couple more pounds. I have been toning up at the gym but I still have a little bit of a tummy. So I wan't to lose a couple more pounds and then gain some back with muscle weight. :) So I'm gonna say, new goal 101-100ish. Keep up the good work everyone!

I lost 2 pounds! :) So now I'm down to 105. I think I'll stop losing at about 103-102ish and then tone up/build muscle mass from there.

I'm 5'0 and 107 pounds...I eat 1200 to lose. If I really stick to 1200 everyday then I can lose about a pound a week. But if I go above that I tend to just stay the same weight. Being short is definitely harder in the weight loss world.

I got married in May of last year, and I just want to be in great shape before I get pregnant. Instead of starting out unhealthy and with a few extra pounds, I want to start out healthy, so when I do gain some weight being prego, I'm not packing it on top of other weight. Less to lose in the long run. I also just want to be able to run around with my future kids and be energetic.

The first pill I was on...Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo...I gained weight and my heart started racing really bad and I called my doctor and she said to stop taking it immediately. I'm now on Yasmin and have not gained weight or had any side effects.

It really does get your heart rate up. It keeps you motivated because you try and do all the right steps to get higher scores and what not. At the same time you are trying to improve your steps you are burning calories without thinking twice about it. There are low levels, moderate levels, and advanced levels. It really is a lot of fun and you will really bring your heart rate up.

I don't do the food log on here. I do it in a journal and add the calories up myself. Much easier I think. :)

My husband has a realllly fast metabolism. He can eat whatever he wants (he eats a TON), and not gain a pound. He is 5'9 and 150, and he really wants to gain some weight but he never does, no matter how much he eats. He is also really active though, plays baseball and works in a hospital ER and is on his feet the whole 12 hour shift...so maybe that also contributes to his fast metabolism.

Hey roc07,

I have been doing pretty basic stuff, eating healthy and exercising. Although I am really busy usually and don't tend to exercise as much as I should. But I am 5'0 and I keep a food journal and try my best to stay at 1200 calories for the day. I make sure I eat breakfast and space my meals out through the day to eat around every 3 hours or so. I find that if I eat small amounts throughout the day that I am never really too hungry. The food journal really helps a lot. You just have to be strict and stay away from junk food (my weakness). lol Don't worry, you'll get past your rut. I would recommend going up and down with your calories throughout the week to kinda trick your body. I'm not sure how many calories you consumer per day, but here is an example. Someone eats 1500 a day, then 1300, then 1400, then 1300...etc. I have heard that that works for some people. Hope this helps. :)

I'm going to Vegas in a couple of weeks myself. However I don't know of an exact place to eat, but if you go to the website vegas.com, it gives you a list of restraunts, even places inside casinos...etc. So you can take a look at it and see if you can find somewhere you might like to eat while you are there.
