I go to one or two step classes each week depending on what I can fit in...and I love it!

The first class is definately the most painful...even if you just go once a week it will get easier for your legs!  Good for you for trying it.... It is easy to get hooked!

Taking a break and doing some maintenance is a great idea, I can see myself using this in the future and I never thought about myself!  Thanks for your comment!

Weight Loss Why do I feel hungry all the time? Sep 24 2007

I don't mean to go all girlie on you, but what time of the month are you in your cycle?  If you have noticed a change just in the last couple of days, and your weren't as hungry when you first started dieting, it might be because of the time of the month it is for you.  I find that about 1 to 1 1/2 weeks before my period starts I am super hungry for 3 or 4 days.  I never think much of it at the time, but it seems to be a pattern so maybe that will help you.  Keep track of how long your major hunger pains seem to last, and if it is only for a couple of days, maybe that's why!

I would also like some help on the subject... sorry I can't help you salomershy! I am having the same problem. I am trying to get back down to 133 through those last few pounds, and I have gained about 5...I have been exercising in aerobics classes twice a week, and burning about 250 calories extra twice a week on the treadmill, and eating healthy taking in about 1500 calories on average. I am 5'7 and now at 138. What am I doing wrong? Could this be muscle that I have gained? It is so frustrating, and any advice out there would be awsome! Thanks!
