| i eat a lot. i think. I eat three meals a day. a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast, and some scrambled eggs. for lunch i have a grilled chicken breast and some cooked veggies and some raw veggies and some fruit. or i may have a turkey sandwich instead of the chicken breast. For dinner i usually have the same thing for dinner but a different lower calorie type entree. i ussually end up around 1500 calories. | |||

| this also happened to me about two weeks ago. Then I splurged all weekend and ended up at 180. But by Thursday i was down to 165 again. I can feel a difference in my body right now. I feel like my skin/fat around my belly is more flabby like when i walk or go up and down stairs especially. Generally i feel a lot more tight. | |||

| i seriously ate whatever i wanted though, like a bowl of ice cream like everyday, and a atleast one pb&j everyday, plus i ate whatever looked good in the dining hall. | |||

| i have also been drinking a ton of water today to try to flush out the sodium. i weighed myself just recently after a full day of drinking a lot of water | |||

| pizza beer burritos white chocolate chip macedamia nut cookies beef peanuts chips chicken pineapple hot wings that is if i were to never gain any weight from it........ I haven't had most of those for a while........ i miss them |

| now i can't wait until it is time for breakfast, lunch, or dinner........... its like my treat for the day. finally a time that i am allowed to eat and find it acceptable. I hate it. I guess it is worth the result. | |||

| do you think it is good to have a cheat day? generally by the end of the week i am sick of working out and dieting and i just want to quite. but after my cheat day i find my self more motivated to keep working out and dieting. is it a good thing? |

| so i assume that a strength training program will eliminate the flab, and not just put a harder larger layer of muscle underneath it. | |||

| would that explain why the fat around on belly has become less dense as i have lost more weight. its seems like it stays about the same size, it just gets more flappy. I assume exercise (while still dieting) is the key now to a flat, spare tire-less mid section? | |||

| i was under the understanding that the way to lose fat on the body is to burn more calories than you take in a given period of time. And that exercise speeds your metalbolism up, which make you burn more calories in a day. But if it all comes down to the ratio of calories burn to the amount of calories consumed, why does it matter if i exercise. Im not try to justify my lack of motivation, i just want to make sure i have my facts straight. | |||
