Good Morning All... I am on Day 6 of Sb and I have to say that I am hadling it a lot better than I thought I would. I weighed myself again after the Dr's office and her scale and my scale state 2 different weights. Her scale stated that I weighed 189 but when I got home mine said that I weighed 185. This morning my scale said that I weighed 177...woohoo. 8 POUNDS!!!! I am a little early for the Thursday weigh ins but I was excited and wanted to share. I am still craving bread though...
Can anyone tell me how chili falls into this diet? |

| Hi all, thanks for the warm welcome. I am just finding this all a little difficult to grasp. I am not sure if ANYONE is in the same boat as I am but I lived and breathed sugar. I grew up my whole life on junk food and never forced to eat vegetables. I just over the last year or so started eating salads. Being that most of this diet consist of eating vegetables, I am having a hard time. My Dr said I needed to pretty much grow up and start eating them. I am just having a hard time finding out what I should try first that won't completely gross me out. Any suggestions? | |||

Houston here too!!! I found CC searching through Yahoo just trying to find some kind of idea how I am going to lose this 45 #s I have gained through the years. I started on CC on 9/15 at 180 and as of this morning before work I weighed in at 175. I am excited that I am finally taking off this weight. I very motivated and supported by so many. I am hoping to atleast take off another 15 before December and then finsh off the remaining 25 by my 30th b-day in June. That way I can get back in the skinny minny bikinis I used to wear in High school. =) |

| I have been drinking protein shakes. They are low in calories and high in protein. The one I drink is Maximum Protein Chocolate and it actually taste really good. All you do is add water. | |||
