bkfast - raisin bran w/ 1% milk

lunch and dinner - cabbage, mixed veggies, onion, pepper - all in soy and light peanut sauce. all that with tuna.

snacks - big orange, 7grain bread and hummus, green tea.

motivation is always great hgeldhauser... i appreciate it.  Im not sure if I'm going to start this anytime soon... I'm mentally preparing myself for the banana day.. haha imagine that? 8 bananas? i am tho very focused on my acutal diet and daily workouts.  so im down for motivating eachother!

well... call me ignorant but i think they do work! i have one i wear when i do my cardio workout , i wear it everday - u do sweat more, but i noticed that my waistline got slimmer because of the belt.  i mean i work out everyday, but i noticed more of a difference when i wear the belt. so i think it works. and dont be bummed out. everyone has different experiences, measure urself. use it for a weak with a good workout and balanced diet, then measure urself again, with and without the belt, then u can notice the difference and if it works for u.
