YOGA BOOTY BALLET.  It has a combination of Yoga, Meditation, and Ballet as a cool down.  It is so much fun.  I like doing the Burlesque video, it makes you be a little silly but it is great.  The combination of meditation clears your mind, yoga makes you stronger, and ballet cools you down but gives u balance.  You can get it anywhere.
