Good morning everyone.. well week 1 day 4 and wowo did the riu again today and man still get kinda tired. but i did it any way with a couple of break all i guess. and i even got a walk in today..
idgystripes. hey there girl i am no long as sore as i was the first day that i did it.. i acutally started last week but i was unbelieveble sore that i could not even walk down the stair.. oh how about tryin to sit on the toilet man i was that sore.. so i took the whole week off and started again this week that is y i am on week 1 againl. but this week i have not been as sore. which is nice but i do know when i am workin on somthing and have to squat i do get a little cramping to let me know oh u did work out today. hahah . i did the siu for 2 days this week and moved onto the riv just to give myself a little more of a work out i thought the 25min was to short for me.. at least in my head that is. but with the siu i did work up a sweet. but girl if u want to try the riu like today or tomorw try it and if u think u can continue on with it then do it.. won't hurt if u try,, i know there are gonna be days were i jsut don't want to do the riu and i will do the siu but hey at least i did something. ahha. as for the sore ness it will go way.. i garentee it.. i also have started takeing a calcium supplement i bougth a liquid calcium magnisum and vit d combo at wal mart and well c how that help those muscle. any way i better run have a good day and enjoy the pain. bye

Week 1 day 3. wow man well i took a sneak peak at the riu part and man oh man i was hook. i tryed it today and all i have to say is dam man.. it was so hard but a good hard that is. i am so happy that i tryed it and on days that i am feeling a little sluggish i will do the siu. but other then that it was great. though still not doin it in the monring on an empty stomach. but hey at least i am doing it..

Week 1 day 2 wow it was an early workout today but i did it and i am not as sore as i was last week yaaa.aaaa. Beautyquester Wow three times sounds like something i may be dooing.. but it great to know that you are starting again and that u are starting at the same time. we can keep tabs on each other.. i am not sure if i want to do the before and after pics but i think i will do that to my friend got an old pair of jeans out and used that as motivation. i was thinking of doing that to. but man it is hard very hard. i did it before got down to 151. man i was 1 ounce away from my mid way point and man i just blew it and now i ahve more to lose. i thoguht 150 was not good enought then but now man i wish i was there. even just for a moment haha. hey there dan120 so how often are doing ur work outs. did i miss that page in the book or what.. well will ahve to look again..
ignystripes. i hope ur package come soon it is a tough work out and i am sure u will love it..
cayrien. girl there is no program in the world that will give u results quick and with as little work as possible.. i find that this video is challenging and worth the time. as for me i am 180 and 5/1 i have about 34% body fat i am not expecting to c a six pack in 6 weeks but i am hoping my leg will be stronger a same with my arms. i am like u that is very sceptical about promises of major weight loss and shaping. but i guess it gets me off the couch and make me not want to eat that cheesecake. ahha any way i hope u do find something that works for u and i knwo u are gonna find something.. good luck and well c what result i bring in 5 weeks ok . good luck. |

wow way to go girls sounds like you guys are doing great.. i got mine last week but i did it the first day and was so sore i could not do it the next week so i am starting fresh this week. so today week 1 day 1. so lets c how it works out tomorow.. but i was wondering do i do it every day.. right now i am only doing the start up..
amyjo u started at the same time as me how sore were u the next day when u started.. i could not even walk down my stairs wow.. i was sore and i ahve done squats before but has been a while and it showed.. so congrats on finishing the first week and i hope to catch up to u soon. so are u doin the start up every day.. please let me know. thanks. and have fun on the next one it is going to be hard but i am sure u can do it girl.. ok hope to hear from you soon... idgystripes great to have someone else starting new to i hope u get ur cd's soon they are a killer..

wow girl sounds like u are really into it.. well i did not do mine yesterday as i am still really sore form day one. but i did do a step tap just to make sure i did something but day hve not done anything y dont' know have been kinda under the weather. but will start again tomorow.. i have not snuck a peak at the other dvd's but i am hoping there are as tough as this first one was. so good luck tomorow..
i was wondering if anyone knows how often u are to do the routine.. cuz to do the start up every day man i will not be able to walke for a week. ahahaha ?

| i am too a little heavy for my frame 5"1 and 182lbs and i found that when running on the treadmill before when my knee would hurt i would not run at an incline. also when i get home i ice them right away. what type of treadmill are u running on the one i used is a precor and it state on to screen how fast u are running at and the incline and the miles maybe adjussting the setting might tell u how fast u are running at. good luck and make sure u ice those knees. i had to stop completley and use the elipitacal but i can no stand it man but u do what u have to ok good luck.. | |||
